I understand asking for light cheese and extra sauce isn’t exactly common or popular. However, I ordered one tonight and my first pizza had extra cheese. I called and asked for a remake. I work in the industry, I get it, remakes are annoying. But when I called, I heard someone in the background shout an expletive when he found out I called to have my order remade. When I received my remade order, the pizza was shoved in my direction with no words except my thank you. When I opened the box, half of the slices were flipped over and the pizza is overflowing with extra cheese making the pizza inedible.

Emphasized extra sauce twice and they couldn't get that right The pizza tasted like it had been sitting around even though I was there within 10 mins it was sitting on the shelf, last time wasting my money

I go to Papa Johns on Highway 192 near Disney World. They always deliver in a timely manner and are very nice to customers. My only suggestion is that they tape the pizza boxes before delivering them so as to maintain security and peace of mind. Papa Johns always has promo codes and good deals going on. Stuffed crust pizza is amazing!

I had a bad experience on this place. I ordered a pizza by the website, inserted my correct address, but they don' delivered.I called the courier to find out what had happened, and he simply said he would not deliver because the address was wrong and told me to call the store.I then called the store, and the attendant told me that he had canceled the order because the address was wrong.I repeated the address, he said that they really do deliveres at that address (it’s only 3mi away), but if I really wanted the pizza I would have to go get it.In short, as my family had nothing else for dinner, I had to redo the order and run out in the middle of one meeting that I was, to get the pizza.I just don’t waste my time asking in this place anymore.

When we paid with an international card, their card machine did not work. We had to get cash for payment. The products have good quality, standard to those produced in our country of origin.
Their special for 2 large didn't include a soda. Kind of weird. No seating, this is carry out or delivery only. I carried out. Kind of stingy on their toppings though, could barely tell these were there. Taste was good.

Today I tried the New York style pizza… it was not a good choice, nothing of the pizza is comparable to a New York style pizza and it had no flavor at all.. I will stick with my favorite thin crust with six cheese, extra sauce, mushrooms and Canadian bacon and the wings. Sorry, Papa Johns but this new york style pizza is just another bad pizza not worth buying.

We had a carryout order placed instore quite late but the staff were very helpful and friendly, checking to make sure our order was made fast. Food was hot and perfectly cooked when received.
