Totally the worst experience we have ever had at a Perkins restaurant today. You know it's bad when the folk that arrived after you ordered your food have finished their food and you are still waiting for yours! What's worse is the food was lukewarm to cold. Manager did redo pancakes for us which were great, they offered to redo main dishes but we had already been there over an hour. Waitress was just not up to it, left us sitting, never checked on us, took forever to do anything and vanished for ages at a time. Apologies for forgetting us and was going to expedite our food......yeah, our faces didn't fit it seems. We will not be back to this Perkins, we always start our holiday at Perkins and this really was a total let down, thought the manager might have offered something off , however nothing other than a sorry and at least the new pancakes were hot! Location is fine, place appeared clean, toilets nice. Still not sure how a restaurant that has a greeter with only 10% of tables occupied has a queue of people waiting for tables. Something seriously disconnected here in all aspects.

Very busy Perkins at this Kissimee location. We stopped by for a quick to go order where they had a buy three muffins, get three free. These are oversized and heavy muffins, and each can satisfy two people. Counter person was new but very friendly and offered us utensils as we left. When we got home, the muffins were soft and fresh. I particallty liked the apple cinnamon, with nice chunks of soft apple inside. The cranberry orange was nicely tart. The blueberry had lots of berries, but they were small and not that juicy. Plus, it's topped with large crystals of sugar, not to my licking. The carrot cake one was more dense, so not as airy ae the others, but it has a nice flavor and was not overly sweet. I was not happy with the sweet sugary frosting that was not cream cheese based, but rather more of a sweet vegetable shortening decoration that I just removed. Overall, we had a great experience here. Just expect a sign in line if staying to dine in, at least on a Saturday morning.

Food wasn't bad but why do some people decide to be rude? I spent $50 for breakfast and bought 2 dessert from there. One lady there got mad that I requested 3 more plastic forks. She just throws Utensils rudely! I won't come back.
