I might say that’s the best Brazilian Pizzeria in US. The restaurant offers the most quality ingredients to make THE pizza. It’s totally worth your money! And surely it’s a must go place if you’re in Orlando. As a current client for years, they never disappointed me. This time we had the order delivered at our hotel front desk, the driver (Silvio) was such a great guy, he texted me before coming so I could have the order handed directly to me which I prefer so sure. Just wanted to say a thank you very much for the whole team of this restaurant, they absolutely do an amazing job!!!

I’m not sure what happened with this restaurant… they had 1 waiter who spoke English, who after taking our order, ignored us the rest of the time. Dinner plates came out before appetizers. My husband’s dinner came out cold and was the worst pasta he ever had. Everyone was rude in this place… Piefection in Kissimmee, Fl, I would never throw my money away in this place again.

I got my order delivered real fast. The delivery guy (Silvio) was real polite and did an excelente job getting the right address, since it's kind of confusing finding my place, due to some GPS issues.

I've had more than one experience at the restaurant, the first two weren't that good. But the last one was excellent (and that's why I came to leave this review).The first time, unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to find a hair in the pizza, but as I saw how they prepared everything, I really considered it bad luck, because sometimes this happens, even though the employees take every precaution.The second time the service took a very, very long time. We waited more than 1 hour (when they told us it would be 30 minutes). Then more than an hour for the savory pizza to arrive. And the sweet one is the same (and it came cold). The manager at the time (whose name I don't remember) said that the pizza was just like that (although we had already eaten it before and we know that it wasn't), in addition to being very rude in his service. But anyway...My last experience was really good! We sat at the counter, as the waiting line was long. We were very well attended to by the manager Douglas, a super attentive, agile, and pleasant guy. The arugula and Parma pizza was delicious and one of our favorites. And the sweet one was also very fond of it.I think the place is super pleasant, as well as beautiful and cozy. But it could be bigger, due to the movement, to be able to receive more people (this is not a criticism, just a suggestion).Furthermore, everything I've eaten and tried there is of excellent quality and great flavor. Every negative experience I had was related to the service, which is why I continue to attend. Because I know they always try to improve this issue!If the team is made up of more Douglas with ctz it will have more than 5 stars.

Service is really, really bad. Music is really bad (too loud) and food is bad. The dough was crumbling and the cheese was not melted which shows poor pizza making abilities. Management does not know how to take criticism. They said they were going to reimburse me re the mandatory tip, but nothing so far. Update:Tip reimbursed.The one on Kirkman is better.
The pizzas ? are super good, calzon and picana with cheese nothing to do with it. The waiters forgot details like a drink, some lemons that I asked for for my water, and on my visit before this one they took one of my daughters' pizza to another table. They tried to compensate by not charging for dessert, but the experience was not good, I expected more since my daughter started crying because she was hungry.
Silvio delivered our order the other day and did an excellent job!
