Everything when I went was great! I showed up a little after 9am so the store was empty, it was very clean. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I feel like it's been a good while since I have been in a Planet Smoothie as the prices seemed to be a little high. But that is with most items now. I usually go with a Vinnie Del Rocco which is raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and orange sherbet. But didn't go far from the usual. Got mango, peaches, bananas and orange sherbet. I do love the chocolate Elvis but wasn't into mood for yogurt nonfat milk and I always have them take out the energy blast so there is that. I'm so glad they opened this here. It is definitely going to be on the stop at more routine when I am here shopping and I even prefer this over ice cream sometimes. Even when you have to wait to drink it because it's too thick to sip through the straw.

Not good, not organized. We are not from here but wanted to try because we love Smoothie King back home. This place was so disappointing. I downloaded and used the app to order and still had to tell the associate that I ordered online before she noticed. She got ready to direct me to an online pickup location and then noticed that she hadn't made it. She also neglected to look at the special notes that printed on the online receipt to know what to add or omit. She was the only one working and needed help and I believe more training. The smoothies did not taste good either. The only positive was that we didn't pay full price with the 50% coupon and that the associate was apologetic for the wait

They keep some of their ingredients in spray containers that you generally use for cleaning. Very concerning, what is someone gets confused and spray detergent or bleach! Nope!

I was running super late after the gym. Normally, they would have been just closing. The young lady inside said it was no problem and let me come inside and take my order. Got a nutty Brazilian and my lean green without a problem. Delish! I probably kept her longer than I should have as I accidentallyforgot my card in my car, but I was suuuper grateful she was patient. Everything else around was basically closed. Definitely would go again.

It’s 2:48 pm (Google says they close at 10pm) and when I walked in the girl behind the counter -rather hyped - tells me she’s can’t help me and that she’s closed after she helps the customers that are in the store. If there is an emergency and the store has to close down, I get it, but calm down and explain. Will frequent another location instead.
