i had a really good experience at this store today, specially with a cashier in the drive thru who was really kind and patient with me, i think his name was Marco, but it was definitely the best service and food i’ve ever had. five stars!!

Only 2 stars because new management only will give toy for free the 2 small sauce. On my case i like to have a least 3 of cilantro and 3 pollo pollo. If i wanted more than 2 i will have to pay for does small packs of sauce. Just for that i will just go to the ine in kissimmee.

I ordered online and picked up.in the drive thrugh. I dis not know I had requeat any sauces online so when I arrived I asked her if she could add a curry and a silantro sauce and she dmsadi no caise that had to be done online when placing the order. I said could you please make an exception I wasnt aware of that. So she did but not in the nicest manner.The chix was raw to the bone.

I love Pollo Tropical’s food but not their service and especially not this locations. I asked if they can replace the pork in the Tropical Trio to chicken as I don’t eat pork and she said no we can’t do that. I was literally asking if she can replace the pork with a less expensive meat so I can have a portioned meal with rice and sweet plantains instead I had to order a side of sweet plantains and the steak by itself and spend an extra $10.00. Improve you customer service experience and be more accommodating this is the reason we love Chik-Fil-A.

Their tropichillers are my fave and unlike many other locations...theirs are usually working! Keep it up guys. The dining room was the only problem I had .. needed cleaning when I attempted to dine
