Stopped in yesterday to get my mother a treat. I purchased 1/4 pound of of white chocolate pretzels at $8.40. Thats over 32 dollars a pound. The pretzels were so stale. Not just a little stale, but hard like cement. I cant comment on anything else in the bakery, but I would not recommend buying the

I will say the shop is very quant and staff is kind with plenty of samples. I ended up buying $15 worth of sweets with a debit card. One week or so later I’m not sure what happened but they tried to return and charge me again about three times. Ended up requesting a new debit card from my bank. Not ok. Not sure if I trust them to purchase anything with my debit card again.

We got an ice-cream cone, a praline and some fudge. The bill? $62. We told them that didn’t sound right and they argue with us and wouldn’t show us the receipt. We insisted, and they finally looked at the receipt without showing us it. They finally acknowledged they charged us double. They then offered us a credit! They seemed super annoyed we wanted our overcharge back in money. Wow. Gotta love the ethics of business in Florida!

Got TWO caramel apples. One was a Reeses pieces and was delicious, while the other was Hawaiian sprinkles birthday style and unfortunately the apple was rotten on the inside. HUGE disappointment when you spend 10+ USD on a premium sweet treat to only find this out when you get home and have to toss it in the bin. Also glad we cut into it to eat it as opposed to eating it off the stick or I'd likely have a taste aversion to these for life. Hopefully they will reach out and make it right so I can adjust this review.

I've been here several times as a local in the area. There is nothing special about this location compared to any others. The treats taste pre manufactured not made by hand. The pricing is not very well listed so I guess it's not a surprise that four slices of pineapple cost almost $25 with their pay by pound pricing. Every caramel apple that we've had so far was gritty and not very flavorful, Walmarts are much better. Staff are nice, atmosphere has potential but as a treat shop their star of the show lacks and they're pricing screams tourist trap. Three or four chances now to find something worth buying here.... Time to not return for me.

Not a ton of ice cream options and both of our choices had very little besides vanilla ice cream, my cookies and cream was very short of cookie. Didn't have any of their candy or fudge...looked good though pricey.

We came in at 9:40 pm. Drove over 1 hour from Sanford for pralines and they were closed! No sign or nothing! Online and sign said they were open until 10 pm! They were two employees inside who totally ignored us! HUGE disappointment!

Horrible customer service and the worst caramel apple’s I have ever had. They were so hard I threw them away. The caramel could break your tooth from how hard it was. $50.00 down the drain! Never again!

What a great little place! Their selection of ice cream and sweets was unbelievable, so much to choose from. We sampled the pralines that they are known for and all I can say is WOW! Rather than overindulge in the massive quantities of sweets, we opted for ice cream cones which were also very good. Greeted as we walked in and asked by at least 2 other employees if we needed help or had questions the staff there was amazing! We will be back before our vacation is over!!

Absolutely fantastic pralines here. Bought a variety of milk, dark, and white chocolate. With different nut types. All of which were fantastic. They also stock biscuits, cookies, jellies and all sorts of stuff that looks equally delicious. Staff were polite and helpful and parking is easy.

If sweets are your thing you'll love this place. You can smell the sugar as soon as you walk in. Talk about a sugar rush.I bought a white chocolate bar that was absolutely delicious. There is no proper signage though. I saw someone leaving with a drink and when I asked about it they said it was a milkshake. But there are no signs saying they even offer milkshakes.
