waited 3 hours for 2 cheese pizzas and a piece of chocolate cake with some hot wings. Terrible service and when I got the cake it looked like someone rode a rollercoaster with it!!! The cheese on the pizzas were also kind of hard like it was old.

It's a scam! These people take advantage of tourists staying in hotels looking for a quick family meal. We ordered a salad and some wings from them. They insisted on cash. (Which we luckily had) The delivery was over an hour and the they delivered to us someones else order . We tried calling to complain but they just hanged up on us. Why are they still in business??? Such an easy and simple court case if I lived in the same state.

All the reviews of this establishment are true! Wish I had read them before I ordered. I placed an order for mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers w/fries at 10:53 PM. I waited until 11:45 and the food still had not arrived. I called and the employee said the food should arrive “at any minuteâ€. 30 minutes later, I call to cancel the order. I later get a call from the delivery person to come to the lobby to check out the food. The whole point of asking for my room number is for YOU to come UPSTAIRS and deliver the pizza to ME! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It should be called “Slice of Italian Hellâ€, not “Slice of Italian Heavenâ€.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever ordered from. Paid $56 on a pizza that didn't even have all the toppings I ordered, a chicken parmesan that was unsalted and bland, & ordered a 10 piece hot wing that I never got but instead received a chicken tender meal. I called and complained & I was told he was sending someone back out for my chicken wings and I never got them. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Slice of italian heaven, I got a flier for California Pizza Oven. Ordered 2 pizzas and 30 wings. 1 hour later the driver calls and says she's going to be here in 5 minutes and I need to come out in front of the hotel to get my food. After meeting a fairly nice young lady who also got a decent tip (which she made a big deal of?) I get back to my room to open 2 cold pizzas and 9 chicken fingers with cold nasty fries. I called back and explained what had happened and the appolgized and said they would send my chicken wings right out about 45 minutes. Needless to say 1.5 hours later I called asked what's up, was told the driver should be there any minute. I gave up waiting after another 10 minutes. Point is if you get a flier under your hotel door ask the front desk if it's any good, they live in the area.

Worst French Fries in town. Fries are charred and over cooked. Late delivery. Really can't understand how could they deliver this quality of food to customers. Definitely will never order from Italian Heaven again.

Slice of heaven or CALIFORNIA PIZZA OVEN Literally just ordered this piece of fresh hell. Pizza arrived uncut disgusting probably frozen and my 20 wings were instead 6 tenders and fries.. we salvaged the tenders and trashed everything elseCalled back with same result. Got the word from hotel staff they may even try and take your cc info. Turning into BBB or someone asap. Please dont go here. We knew we should have asked front desk if any good. Only 1 star because 0 wasnt an option.

If I can give a zero, I would. They made us wait for an hour to deliver our food. When it came it's not what we ordered. We called and was told they will deliver the right food but that was an hour again later. The food was horrible but we ate it because we are all hungry after travelling for twelve hours. Please if you can avoid ordering from them, please do. It's a waste of time and money. The comments here should be enough to convince you.

They are now going by the name Califirnia Pizza Oven and making deliveries to local hotels. I have never had such a disappointing experience. They were late with the delivery., screwed up my order, agreed to make it right, but did not and refused to give me a refund. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE. Without me saying a word, my daughter looked at me & said it was the worst pizza she had ever tasted. The sausage was burnt to a crisp and everything had a ton of salt, like someone wasted it. The worst experience ever.

Awful- people were nice on phone. Food delivered to hotel. No napkin or fork. Spoon only. Garlic bread was 1/2 pita bread cold. I ordered stuffed shells and they were stuffed ravioli. Spaghetti and Meatballs. No meatballs in order. Ignore tasty of Italy menus in hotels. It's really this place. Mc Donald's would have been better.

Ordered through Grubhub which they cancelled. They then said I could go directly through them which I did. Pizza showed up 95 minutes later (was quoted 45 minutes) pizza was cold and they brought me chicken strips instead of the wings I ordered. Chicken strips were burnt and also cold. Horrible.

We are staying at Caribbean beach resort & the flyer for The pizza was on the door Called & ordered 3 items on our pizza specifically asked for plates and crushed red pepper. When the guy delivered, he didn't bring us our correct order & he didn't have any of the stuff we asked for. The guy just shrugged and didn't have anything to say. Since we were very hungry we ate the pizza and it tasted awful! I have been calling them for 10 minutes and no one is answering. Don't waste your 26.00 on their awful pizza
