To work with Dameon was easy. My daughter's wedding was stress free with the vendors we chose and Spice House was one of them. The food was great, the guest loved it. His staff was lovely and even held the camera for some guest to get group photos..lol. Highly recommend..can't wait for my anniversary party.

I had a 44 person reception in Kissimmee on New Year’s Day 2024.Dameon is an excellent chef, the food was great. His staff was very nice and professional. My food critics in the family had no complaints. I was shocked because some are hard to impossible to please. I cannot recommend Dameon enough! From the very first interaction we had, everything was incredible. He was flexible, responsive, patient, and had the best vibe imaginable. He catered a small dinner for my husband's birthday, which we planned from New York. The day of the dinner, he was prompt and even arrived with extras! Well above what I expected or why we even discussed.And then there was the food... which was out of this world. The fish, chicken, and steak were all mouth watering! Our group could not stop raving about delicious the mains (and the sides, particularly those potatoes) were. "I couldn't eat another bite" somehow always turned into another nibble. The ingredients were fresh and of great quality. Which, when combined with the extensive flavor profiles, made a meal that we will likely recall for years to come.Skip the restaurant and call Dameon!

Dameon is the BEST!!! I had a surprise birthday dinner for my husband and met with Dameon to organize everything. From start to finish, he was phenomenal. He answered all my questions and if i suggested something, he advised me if it was necessary or not. He set the tables, did all the decorating AND washed the dishes, I mean he was the one man gang and he made the event unforgettable. The food was flavorful, fresh and yummy. EVERYONE ate more than their share and also took food home. I will definitely recommend this catering business to anyone looking for some great tasty food, clean and humble chef and the prices were affordable.
