I haven't had good experience in different visits, the staff nones so amabke for Hispanics, equally if I get to give my birthday gift the most amabke would be before providing a congratulations more than feeling that nones so pleasant give a coffee.

I went through the drive through around 2pm and the barista on the drive thru window Steven was very intuitive in helping me try a new drink by having the foresight to offer me a different drink when I didn't like the drink I ordered. Truly I wish I could say more, but that extra effort really made my day!

Watched these three use their comms to blatantly trash talk several groups of customers on the patio for well over 20 minutes. Their complaints? Large families trying to save a few bucks on drinks, and kids tossing a ball back and forth outside. Absolutely embarrassing representation of the company. Do better Starbucks. And no, a blanket statement of apology means nothing, stand behind what you do and reprimand these poor excuses of employees.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this store and I didn't get the bakery item I ordered. When asked for it no response. Horrible service I'm done with this location. Every Starbucks, other than this one, brings my bakery item out b4 my coffee is ready.... NOT THIS ONE. You're just a number here and clearly UNDERstaffed everyone looks miserable.....

the service at this location was ridiculous. We ordered a hot coffee and they did it even put sugar. and we passed by the drive thru again. and there was 3 girls and they all acted like if they “didn’t see” us they passed by like if we were there. i find this very respectful because all we wanted was sugar because the coffee was sour. i DONT recommend this starbucks gooo somewhere else with better customer service !!!!!
