I went to visit this subway. Mind u I just had surgery and a teacher so I am very hungry. I have been using the QR code for the buy one get one free and adding on the drink, no issues at other location....the manager I believe his name is nick told me I can scan code but I need to have actual coupon too...I never heard this an even said to him it states on coupon to scan, can be used in store and online...he did not want to listen to me as a customer and thinks he knows it all when it comes to using a QR code. He is very unprofessional and needs to be more trained. Usually I just scan the qr code at other subways and no issues. I do not have an actual coupon. It is a code that is scanable issued by subway itself....this is way unprofessional since I had my sub sitting and waiting and I am extremely hungry and freshly out of surgery....as I said I have never had any issues going into a subway and ordering with a qr code. It's so unprofessional because I can go online and the coupon will work...but it also states can be used in store, online and app...manager I felt very bias towards me or he seriously thinks he needs an actual coupon to get reimbursed. But it's not a coupon. It's a coupon that has a QR code that is scanable via phone....He thinks he's top dog it is what he says it is...but he may need more training because I've had it done elsewhere easily.

we did an order online and yes it was delivered fast, but the only thing we got that was correct was 1 out of 2 bags of chips and a drink. I ordered a 6 inch nit toasted and my husband ordered a footling toasted. our orders were so backward and so mixed on ingredients we couldn't eat. tried calling the store for a half hr and no one would answer.

I love this store it's so very very clean all of their vegetables always so very very fresh their employees are so sweet and nice. They are very fast and officiant getting my order I barely have to wait at all!

Every time I come here I get a bad attitude and always in a rush that I can’t even decide what I want to eat. I go in there at 8 and they say I can’t eat inside because they closing when they close at 11. Never coming to this subway again.
