It wasn't busy at all, but the shopping plaza still made parking not as easy as you would think. The staff was friendly and did their job. The sub was as I asked for, and was very good. As for atmosphere it's in a shopping center on a highway with basic subway decor. Nothing much different than most Subway restaurants. The store was very clean. They had a drive thru window that didn't seem to be open. I'm not sure if it is new or not this was my first time at this location.

I’ve been here 3 times & now I remember why I avoid this place. The employees lack customer service, empathy & efficiency. I literally had to repeat myself multiple times & there was no willingness to help. Don’t work in a customer service driven environment if you’re not friendly or courteous. Nobody asked you to work here. The behavior displayed today was completely unacceptable.

Andrew and the other guy working today are doing a great job. They were cleaning up when I got there, both promptly greeted me, washed up and made a couple great subs. Awesome to see hardworking people.

Ordered two footlongs on the app one with double meat which is 4.00 extra and when i picked it up I could immediately tell it was not made correctly so I said hey I paid for double meat. The lady then tried to tell me no you got a deluxe sub…I pull my receipt out and prove it and she doesn’t apologize just rudely starts pulling out more steak for my sub and acts like I’m in the wrong and is literally downgrading me as I sit here…horrible experience

I’ve been to this location a few times, every time it’s like the employees don’t know how to make the sandwiches correctly. Every time I have to ask them to put more bacon on the BLT. A footlong comes with 8 slices and they always try to put 4. If I asked for a veggie add bacon I get it but if the sandwich comes with 8, give me the right amount please. There’s literally a card above the meats with ingredients for all sandwiches 6”-12” so I’m unsure why it’s so hard to make the sandwich correctly? I’m sure she charged me the extra dollar as if I got extra when I just wanted the right amount. I don’t know who’s training these employees but at least make sure they know how to make a sandwich before leaving them to work alone.

I went here because the landscaping crew I work at with no limit said they wanted to try the new subs that just came out I found Cassie Aly and Katrina to be very polite and courteous my crew appreciated the sandwiches so very much and we would like to give you a very big thank you from the large road crew here at no limit landscaping

Today May 4, 2023 Disrespectfull EmployersI went to the Subway at 11:45 am located in 2730 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy Suite A-101, Kissimmee, Fl 34744 and the two employer (woman) was disrespectful with a really bad attitude and they don’t want to take my order also they screamed to another girl “***** I’m not going to attend you or anybody talking by phone”, we leave the store and didn’t buy anything. I won’t never going again since I was a client buying in this store for years.

The Greenoughs

I'm basing my high review on my recent experience where a young man, Kay, took our order. Kay was very professional, courteous, and precise. This Subway is conveniently located in a Publix shopping plaza, not too far from the FL turnpike.The lobby area was clean and appears to be newly built. I was mostly pleased with the price, as I had a coupon, and my total cost for a hot steak and cheese sub was around $8. Based on my experience, I would be willing to go back. On a side note, I asked Kay for cups for waters, which he gladly provided.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian toppings available, such as peppers, tomatoes, spinach, onions, etc.

Usually this place is decent, apart from having one employee working from time to time, which is just terrible for the employee. This time I mobile ordered three subs and a kids meal and two of the sandwiches were wrong. One paid for extra pepperoni and didn’t receive it, the other had half of the veggies missing and the Italian herb and cheese bread seemed stale and had salt and pepper all over the bread? It’d be nice if the workers would read the receipt for the ingredients so I get what I paid for next time.

Never coming back. Subway only has one employee working. Who wants to wait 30 + minutes for a sub. He is sitting here making online orders and not making any orders for the customers standing here. I would be ashamed to run this establishment. Way to go subway.
