Orgered the #9 Mexican pizza and two taco supremes. I had absolutely the worst tasting Mexican pizza. The tortilla tasted so bad it tasted like chemicals snd left a terrible taste in my mouth. I believe it was over fried, not sure. They made me a new one. I believe with fresh fried tortillas. It was so much better. The tacos tasted fine. I used to work at Taco Bell in 1985 in HS.

Asked for 2 number 6s and only got one. The guy only handed me one meal and I said they were missing a meal. He then decided to argue to me about how he only charged me for one so I said I asked for two, he can charge my card again but I still want my other meal. This man’s tone of voice was dead wrong. He asked me if I wanted it chicken or steak I said chicken. Once I got home they were all steak. Save yourself the time and go to the other Taco Bell down the street.

First off I wanted over 35 minutes for my food in line I was only on break for an hour, being that this took up most of my lunch break I was very upset. Once I returned to work and was going to eat my food I noticed I had a bug in my.. this is so disgusting and disturbing I am very upset and I do not recommend this place at all. I have called serves time no one has answered they picked up once and then hung up. Something needs to be done about this !

I love Taco Bell and this was the closest one to me at the time but I wouldn’t come back to this one. The food was cold and soggy. My Doritos tacos locos all were soggy. My order was all wrong but I was already home before I opened them up.

Why is a restaurant allegedly still open for another hour but already closed half the restaurant and kitchen? This is a combined Taco Bell and KFC. But an hour before the restaurant closed tonight, they had already closed and cleaned up the KFC side. The Taco Bell side didn't have much left to select either. I ended up with zero food or drink. Worst fast food restaurant experience possible. Go to the one in St Cloud if you want decent service. I'm probably not going back to this location. This is not the 1st time the service was terrible, but why shpuld I give them any more money.

First of all this place is NOT closed. It's half Taco Bell (& half KFC- always been that way) Just on April 14, 2023 I went into the store and placed a TACO BELL order and it was a great experience. Shout out to Carlos who took my order, listened, and was successful at all my requests. Thank you Carlos Food was hot & made to order!

The food was great. I ordered chalupa, which is the only thing I ever order. I gave the cashier 20$, and he gave me a 5$ bill back for change. I asked where is rest of my money and he politly picked up a 10$bill from front of register and said oh it must have dropped. I have never returned. Wonder how many times this happened.
What a DISGUSTING experience.I ordered a quesadilla, a burrito, a power bowl and extra rice. They added the rice to cheese of the quesadilla.

Unfortunately this is the closes taco bell to my house & everytime I order there is always a mess up its gotten to the point that I have to check my food before we leave each time. Iv been in the area for 10Years and everytime that have order its been a big disappointments. I wiuld not go for awhile thinking let me give them a try maybe things change. But no I actually think it had gotten worst.

Got my order wrong and the woman was rude. Got a burrito instead of a chicken soft taco off the dollar menu. The woman didn’t even give us a receipt and she decided to cut off my mom and I when we spoke. It’s sad because usually I don’t have problems at this location.
