The service was terrible. The drive-through attendant asked us to give him a minute, but we ended up waiting for 20 minutes. When we mentioned it, he was rude. We won't be coming back.

‼️ Warning ‼️ Do not come here when the night crew is working ( the young kids ) the guys working during the day there ok but when the young kids are working at night and they have there friends come and from what I saw was minors wearing no helmets 2 of them on a dirt bike drive up to the kitchen door and shake hands and hang out with the staff smoke who knows what , mean while there slaughtering orders the cook is no longer using beef at all zero instead making every order with excessive amounts of refried beansOn everything from nachos to tacos and the worst part is there so young and have so much attitude your timid you might offend them by addressing the error and in retaliation they do something else to your food… This is the third time this has happened to me I haven’t said anything but at this point I’m tired of it preferably for me and the rest of the people who work for money and don’t have time to cook can we maybe just put a sign up in the window that’s says after dark the outcome of your order depends on what mood the staff is in because then I’ll knowOtherwise now I have to call my bank and report this charge as i paid for something I did not receive nor did I have the time to argue about it I just bought food somewhere else. i hate calling my bank over ridiculous absolutely down right annoying avoidable errors but I will not be made a fool for my hard earned money I’ll have what I paid for or I want my money back highly recommend looking into what happens when the teenagers are working at night you might notice your sales increase after correcting horrible service and inappropriate display of a work environment and businesses a food establishment at that of all thingsI ordered what’s supposed to be beef nachos but instead it’s beans just bean and A bit of cheeseI don’t mean to be that one guy but come on this establishment should be closed after six if this is our only option for staff give the public a chance our business runs yours or at least I think it works that way .

The worst experience in a restaurant I have had, the service is bad, you can spend several minutes in front of the cashier and no one is interested and I order through Uber Eat and they send me the order and it fails.

I work very hard and only want to order something from takeout. I will never make the mistake of ordering from 1006 Buenaventura blvd ever again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I get it, my mistake for doing it 3 times. Every time I order from here we are missing something. This time a Chalupa. I paid $59.00 for 2 soft taco supremes, 3 steak chalupa supremes, 2 Doritos los tacos supremes and a pintos and cheese. Of course, they forget something. I called and spoke to someone that implied that it was the delivery drivers fault that the Chalupa was missing and I should drive to the store to replace the missing item. It was not the drivers fault that it was missing. Then I was told to call Corporate to get a refund. I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that there are companies that get away with this kind of terrible customer service. Way to blame a 3rd party delivery company when you are the ones that are responsible for making the order and making sure that people’s hard earned money is taken care of.

Terrible customer service , Don't ever try this location, my online food was ready and i was sitting there for 15 minutes and no ones even bother to bring me the order and when I took it home ,I noticed they forgot my quesadilla that I paid for it!! Paid totally $33 and just got a bag of few tacos.

Picture of my “quesadilla” today. I think that speaks for itself. And I live less than a mile away, so I can assure you nothing happened between the drive through and getting home with it. The rest of the food was good, but this location consistently has issues with the quesadillas, ranging from being cold to not being cut at all. Today was by far the worst though. It looks like it was just balled up and thrown in the bag.

They actually don’t deserve a single star for multiple reasons, besides Waited more than 45 minutes for my order the order was wrong so I had to wait even longer. The restaurant temperature was super cold so we decided to sit in the outdoor dining and the supervisor locked the door without any explanation or questions luckily my wife was still inside.
