Ok so today was the single worst experience at this location I have ever had.I went in to place a order at the kiosk but realized I forgot my debit card so I had to pay with cash and I went to the counter to pay and next thing I know one worker was on her phone multiple times and looked right at me more then once but did not come over to ask what I needed help with and her coworker that was doing driver through saw me but didn't come over either and the third person in there saw me also but once again did not come overAnd if that's not bad enough they also didn't do my burrito right compared to every other time I get it that cause it's not wrapped properlySo today is Saturday January 20th and I have to remember not to go there if these three are there cause I feel like it will be the same experienceManagement and owner ship should and need to step in and do something

Went through the drive through and did not get offered a receipt. Noticed when we got home that some of our food was missing. Just feels like this place is always doing the bare minimum. There is one just a little bit further that’s way better. Just go ahead and drive on to that

The worst, the worst, they left me waiting 16 minutes to pick up an order and they never asked me anything, another person arrived and in less than 6 minutes they prepared his order, on top of that they started laughing when I got upset and I just left.
Thursday 5:30pmand place is closed after waiting 20 Minutes people in line wondering what is happening....get real employees people that really want to work.

I just got off work and decided to order some Taco Bell before I hit the road so that I can pick it up w enough time. When I pull into the drive way they let me know they are waiting on the Nacho Fries and to pull up. I’m not one to complain ever and was fine waiting. After around 5mins the gentleman brings out my food and let’s me know that he added cinnamon twists and an iced drink for my wait. I know other locations don’t bring this energy and I wanted to make sure the team tonight was recognized on their customer service

Drive through orders are wrong every tim, And they all want raises. SmhWell it's been one year later and I gave the store another try I went through the drive-thru and they gave me the wrong order so this review is for the franchise owner of this store if you wake up every morning and you don't do anything different and you expect something to change you're crazy. It is my professional opinion that this store if it makes any money it is doing it solely by accident
