I finally made my way to Taco Maker in Kissimmee after a friend wouldn't stop talking about it. Honestly, I was blown away by the cozy vibe the minute I stepped through the door. The place might be small, but it's got a big heart, and the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen were downright inviting. I decided to go a bit different this time and opted for the Taco Salad, a Chicken Quesadilla, and, of course, I couldn't resist trying the Churros for dessert. The Taco Salad was a revelation--packed with fresh greens, juicy tomatoes, seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and topped with a tangy dressing. It was like a fiesta in a bowl, both filling and flavorful. The Chicken Quesadilla was equally impressive. Stuffed with a generous amount of melt-in-your-mouth chicken and ooey-gooey cheese, it was grilled to crispy perfection. Every bite was a perfect mix of crunchy and cheesy goodness, and the side of sour cream and homemade salsa took it to the next level. But let's talk about the Churros. These were unlike any I've had before--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and dusted with just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon.
