I didn’t know what to expect when ordering pizza from pizza press. The only thing I could think of is you can’t mess up pizza. Wrong! Pizza Press did just that mess up! I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. I should have known when I was asked if I wanted sauce on my pizza. Really? I ate in. After it was brought to my table it looked good but I was totally disappointed with not only the flavor but the consistency of the pizza. When I picked it up all of my toppings started falling off. The pizza didn’t have a hard crust. It was real floppy as though it was barely cooked. I took the pizza back to the counter and asked them to run it back through the oven. Got it back to my table and basically was disappointed with the taste. I am in town on a work assignment and had a lot to choose from. So sorry I decided on pizza from The Pizza Press!

The food takes a bit if they're backed up because of their assembly line process in the oven. The only place around it that offers gluten free AND dairy free AND vegetarian pizzas. The pizzas themselves are an 8.5/10. The crust is great but the sauce could use some work.

I was VERY disappointed with this pizza place while on vacation. We were there middle of February and after a long exhausting day at Legoland we called and placed an order to pick up and eat back at our room. I ordered a pizza with the toppings I wanted, never dreaming I had to specifically ask for cheese as a topping. I've never heard of needing to ASK for cheese... Normally you just have to ask for NO cheese if that's what you want. We ordered 3 pizzas and two side salads. The total came out to $95ish. The "side salads" alone were $12. When we got there we were starving, tired and had 7 hungry kids. Thank goodness I had the thought to open the boxes and look at the pizzas because a whole pizza had zero cheese on it. We were so upset as we've never had a pizza with no cheese and the kids were all crying. They said they would make us another pizza but at this point it was almost 8 pm and we couldn't wait any more so they threw some cheese on top and put it back in the oven. We got back to the room and opened the side salads that we were so excited to eat and it was literally an inch of brown wilted Romaine with a dusting of crappy Parmesan cheese in the top. That was it. For $12. Plus tax. I was LIVID! We couldn't even eat it the lettuce was so bad. We then called and asked for something to be done... We were assured we would get a refund for both the crappy pizza with no cheese and the wilted brown "lettuce." We have received no refund and a bad taste in our mouths for this place. We come to Kissimmee every winter and we will never be back to this place. Unless of course we get our refund. Do better Pizzas Press. You could have had repeat customers with follow through and better customer service.

Very good pizza! It is very tasty and has a good balance of cheese, sauce, and dough.The only grief I have with it is the biggest pie they have is 16 inches. I wish they had an L or XL pizza. A 16" only feeds like 2 of us!
