Veterans day meal was absolutely incredible. Didn't even mind that ribs were not included. Staff was very friendly.

Been a few yrs since there, but a big improvement since Robert Irvine put his brand to the chain, supports Vets and first responders. A bit of a wait but well worth it. All our meals were on point, sauces on the table are a good complement. Beef brisket and ribs excellent All the sides we had showed imagination. Will be back when in town

I had eaten hear 3yrs ago and was just in ahh of how good the food and service was. So we came back to the Orlando area and our first dinner was here. I ordered the full rack of baby back ribs French fries and baked beans. The food was good but not over the top like last time I was here. The waitress I’m guessing was new because she kept disappearing and wasn’t very attentive to our table. I’ll definitely give it another try if I come back to Orlando.

Love there new all day Happy Hour Menu. Since we were not really hungry, Wife and I ordered off the Happy Hour Menu. We ordered the Chicken Sandwich, Loaded Fries and order of Nachos. Food was great - wife could not stop talking about the Chicken Sandwich. Lots of Loaded Fries. Oh and course the mixed drinks were great too.

My wife and I were looking for a bar -b-q location. We stopped here as it was close. I had the loaded baked potato-it was dry, supposedly loaded with brisket, all 5-6 small chunks, without a lot of flavor. My wife had the create your own combo. She had chicken and said it was very good. The restaurant was very clean, the waiter was very good, Billy, and the restaurant smelled very, very good.

Was really looking forward to eating here. Food was excellent, can't fault it but the service was terrible. Waitress forgot a drink order, walked around with AirPods in-brought the check over before I had even finished eating!! No Question on dessert or any other drink despite my husband having an empty glass after forgetting the order! Will not go back. Went to an alternate establishment nearby and spent an enjoyable evening there

Very bad experience there . Party of 8 for dinner Service was a disaster. The waitress was very confused and confusing and rude.
Ok food, we ordered brisket which was great, wings where not great a little dry and tough for a professional BBQ restaurant but 1/4 chicken was great. Service was slow for drinks, food arrived hot and together but service was rushed, plates cleaned before everyone finished, drink taken from table with an inch of larger still in the glass !! Offered a replacement and got an inch of larger in a plastic cup !!! Seriously you need to think basic service level at this point.

My wife and I walked in at about 8:00pm and stood in the front with several other groups waiting to be seated. About half the tables were empty, so I assumed we'd be seated quickly. We waited about 10 minutes before a hostess finally showed up. She sat one family at a table and disappeared again for another 10 minutes. We waited as long as we could before we finally gave up and left. I'd love to give a review of this place that included something about the food, but apparently they're unable to seat their customers.

We had a fantastic server, Brendan, but that’s the only thing that was good about tonight’s experience. For the 105 minutes I sat in the dining area I had to look at tables piled with leftover food and crockery, no attempt was made to clear and clean the tables. Brendan kept his section clean. Food arriving from the kitchen was extremely slow, but when it arrived it was really hot. Unfortunately, the steak, which was beautifully cooked, was on the chewy side. We then had a 40 minute wait for donuts! There wasn’t a choice of any other desserts. We took the bag of donuts, paid the bill and left.

First time here & WOW Service from Whitney was so informative, so patient, so warm & friendly, a perfect example of what a waitress should be but so many usually fall short. Whitney definitely elevated this dining experience to its full potential. Combo ribs & wings delicious. One side did fall short- mac & cheese needs more cheese. We even ordered dessert and sure glad we did. Mother expected to eat just a few bights of cheesecake but, said it was the best she ever had in her life and couldn’t stop. Hahaha - Thank you Smokey Bones for everything. Wish we lived closer we would become a regular. We will be back visiting again and asking for Whitney’s station :)
