I usually LOVE T-Flats. Ordered from Uber Eats and this location was not good. I paid for priority so I was first delivery after pick up, food was cold. Tacos fell apart. Chicken in tacos was not shredded or cut. Ordered a large side of Guac and there was a whole avocado in it instead of actual guac. I also added a side of queso which was cold and not good at all. Unfortunately I'll have to find another location.

Love coming here when we vacation! Service is great! The workers are wonderful! Can't say enough about them!
My wife and I grabbed dinner here while staying at a timeshare nearby. It appears to be a newer building and there was ample free, off-street parking. The employees were friendly and the menu was fairly varied. They also offer a selection of hot sauces to try though many were out of supply during our visit. Unfortunately, the food overall was just average and nothing special. The carnitas seemed be nothing more than pork roast with no flavor and the chips were so salty we couldn't eat them. They also don't offer salsa with the chips that come with the entrees. You must buy the salsa with chips separately. We recommend trying the offerings someplace else when in the area.

The associate that assisted us went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife called for directions (we were form out of town) he gave us clear directions, took our order over the phone and had it ready when we arrived. We dined in the restaurant and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The dining area was clean, overall an exceptional experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair parking and access to building

First time in. The person taking my order, put ice in my cup for BEER ? who does that?? I asked for less cheese in my chicken Flautis and it had NO cheese and very little chicken ?. So disappointed ☹️ . No one ever came by to ask us how are meal was.Ceiling tiles were missing, guacamole was brown and you could smell the nail salon fumes from 2 doors down and they were closed. All tables were dirty. We cleaned one so we could sit down and eat! Never this location again. ☹️. The one in Daytona on ISB is the best ???
GUAC FOR MOREEEEE!!! We are on our last day of vacation so we wanted mexican food for lunch. We saw this on yelp & wanted give a shot. Lucky for us, its only few mins drive from our hotel. Its easy to find that restaurant because its literally next to gift shop & Nike Outlet store on left side. Parking lot is way plentiful. We came in & we saw cool artworks on ceiling and walls. Really rad. We pick our table and menus. We picked our orders & we learned.. just go to cashier & give our orders (we thought we wait for waiter or waitress come to take our order). We wait & whoa, they delivered our foods to our table. Foods looks so TASTY!! We took bites & WOW. We like it... enjoying eat our lunch together & admiring their artworks on ceiling & walls. Foods are way delicious!!! Yo, high recommend for y'all to try that place!! Y'all gonna enjoy & thank us later. We give this 5 stars!! Foods, clean building, artworks & friendly staff! Definitely will come back to that place again in future if we want Florida for vacation again.

TF is one of the few places my kids, and cousins kids will actually eat food. I know Mexican food, and this good, yet as all things in business should be, catered to your audience, and so its Americanized. It's good, but not meant to be authentic. I'm not going for me though. The point is my kids eat here, and that means the world at times. Wouldn't change a thing ... my kids wouldn't like it. Except ...Hey management, how about a Kids burrito?Btw, They eat the Chicken burrito, cheese on the side...kids. Basically nothing else in there.

By far the best Tijuana Flats we have ever been too! The service was incredibly kind, fast and receptive! The food was incredibly fresh tasting and the atmosphere was really cool. It was very clean! It is clear that they put a lot of care into making it a high quality location. We will definitely not hesitate to come back to our new favorite Tijuana Flats!

Had to wait over 30 minutes just to get two burritos that were %90 rice with a tiny spoonful of what could only be assumed to be canned chicken judging by the amount of water dripping out of the burrito. There was no flavor, just a complete mush wrapped in a tortilla. Stay as far away from this place as you can!
