Terrible service! We are visiting the city and wanted to grab some ice cream today. When we came, we were one of two customers waiting at the window but we were completely ignored by the staff. When they did decide to acknowledge us (15 minutes later), and the line has gotten significantly longer, they didn’t come to the window we were waiting in and we had to get back in line. After explaining our wait and how we were not acknowledged, the girl just looked at us and waited for our order. Terrible experience!

Great place to get some quick ice cream for the kids. The service was very fast and the ice cream prices were refreshingly reasonable for the area. We paid around $20 for five ice creams. Also worth noting is the parking is top notch, very easy to get in and out.
I really liked the sundaes. Although we waited a bit The service was excellent. I don't know what whipped cream they use to make everything taste delicious.

This is such a cute place. There was 1 employee, Joa, who was wirking the window AND drive thru. He was polite, quick & apologetic. This young man worked hard and deserves to be recognized by his boss. Hopefully they hire more staff!

Today We had a bad experience, the vanilla and strawberry ice cream was sour, it didn't taste good at all, very bad attention when commenting on what happened, there was nothing fixed by the person who served us
We randomly stopped here for ice cream while waiting for an AirBnB to be ready down the street and we liked it so much we ended up visiting each day of our vacation in the area!

By the look of these reviews owner does not care about service given to the customers that spend their money here the girl that just served us tonight with them long unsanitary nails which is against health code while working with food and beverage was the most disgusting human being working in hospitality I have ever encountered she deserves to work in a location isolated by her miserable self she doesn’t deserve to work with others how sad this chick even has a job while others cannot even find a job that are well mannered shame on the owner for having an employee like this with multiple complaints and this person still being employed I will never return to this location because of that disgusting human and I’m sure others will not return judging these other reviews you have lost business over that trash
