Still waiting over 2 years for the item left behind at walmart. not important to those employees at walmart. now its time to discuss walmart delivery. it says they wont refund you on the remaining part of your membership and walmart will cancel your membership with no notification. one day over 1 year ago i did not like the way my conversation was going with customer service and you should never say i will call back to speak to someone else because my membership was cancelled. a big problem withdelivery is these drivers from walmart can kill any companies business i had about 250 first time drivers and about 20 drivers i had seen maybe 3 times. 70% of the drivers speak no english and they cant read the drivers customer instructions.uber and others only care about how much they make each day so no faithful driver s for any company. never oeder on a busy day or on a holiday. i made a big mistake by order 2 orders on this july 3 and not only had both orders cancelled by walmart because they were too busy and these orders were close to $400 .not only did walmart cancel my 2 orders but they also cancelled my membership after giving them at least 300 orders. on july 2 and 3 i spoke to customer service angelo in argentina who said i was not cancelled he asked me my 4 digits of my card number and said he would get me my order. angelo with walmart customer service had someonr come to my door in orlando with 3 bags of 15.5 ounces of fritos at 31.99 per bag. i cancelled the order saying they cancelled my acct and i called my bank to find out if my account was charged and they charged my bank over $98.oo for .3 bags of fritos 15.5 ounces so i made the complaint to have them get my money money . this looks like a criminal operation out of argentina trying to screw walmart customers. this reminds me of bad crooked days in buenas aires when i try to leave the airport and i need my ticket and the airport ticket window person keeps saying momentito por favor. idid not know he needs money under the table to give me my ticket so why is this crook working through walmarts main 800 number and has some come to my door not with my $400 in groceries and a samsung computer but he comes to my door with 3 bags of fritos at $31.99. iphotographed all this crooked info from my computer. please pass this info to arkansas to walmarts headquarters. $31.99 for each bag at 3 bags and they charged my bank over $98.oo. my advise with walmart delivery is order at slow times and you may get delivery. if the driver is bad dont tip- them. i spoke to a good driver that said only about 30-40% of the customers tip. the drivers only go where they make the most money. i stopped ordering from walmart on sunday because i never get my delivery. the walmart store rarely answers their phone and if they do answer the phone the person is brandnew. the main problem in orlando and kissemmee florida is i never get to see the smart people. you have to pray for a good driver.

If could give them none stars at all that's the best rating for this location, I live close to this location that's why I used to go very often but after this weekend, never again... I purchased at Friday 1 microwave (Panasonic) which was $109, and then when I got at home I tried to set it up and start to using it when I was taking out from its box and open the door of the microwave, everything was rusty around it like a used one and then, the next day when I been tried to return it what a surprise!! from this store, the serial # from the haven't match with the serial number from the box... THAT FUCKEDUP AND FK***G, so they said to "I'm sorry but the product from box doesn't match with the stuff inside" " I can't do the return neither the refund" I WAS LIKE: WHAT THA F*** IS GOING ON HERE!!! so for me is simple as somebody or some workers from this f****** location have a DARK EXCHANGING BUSINESS, SWITCHING THE NEW STUFF FOR OLD S**** .. and WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THE OLD FK***G S****** the stupid costumers. WELL I GUESS THA FROM NOW ON EVERY TIME THAT U WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION YOU GUYS GOT TO OPEN UP AND MAKE SURE THAT THE STUFF THAT IS INSIDE OF THE BOX MATCH WITH WHAT IT SAYS IN THE BOX.

When a customer ask you a question, don't act like you can't hear me! An employee at the home improvement aisle, where the curtains are, literally gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me! All I asked was if they have any more of a certain item In the back. THEN she walks away from me. I understand we have times where we don't wanna be a at work, but if you chose to go into work. ACT LIKE A GOOD EMPLOYEE! Her name is Grace btw. Oh and also, social distancing doesn't seem to exist over there. I wait in line. If you are going to wait in line, follow the six ft rule. Don't get closer to the person! And again, the same lady that gave me attitude, saw and didn't acknowledge the fact that the other lady was in the wrong! This Walmart is by far the worse in the Kim south orlando area . They don't help you at all . They don't answer the phones . When you call and ask to see if they have something In stock , they keep transferring you . The people who work there are straight trash !

This is by far the worse Walmart, no customer service, no communication. My husband waited over an hour for a pick up order that was already delayed from the day before. Ridiculous! We called customer service, pick up service, all the phone numbers existing and even though they didn't do anything, no even offer a coupon to make it up. Horrible experience.

Walmart...... The greatest store on earth! Where your wife sends you to buy"1 thing" and you leave with 2 carts full of crap. Where people constantly break the Walmart law and take 11+ items to the "10 items or less" lane, where no one in electronics knows how to open the display cases. We all know how every Walmart supercenter is, So why do you rate them 1-2 stars?? It's not Walmart's fault for being awesome, Walmart deserves 5 stars+ just for selling amazing popcorn chicken for $2!

This is by far the worst Walmart in existence. Every time I've been to this Walmart the customer service and the loyalty to the customers it is at his lowest level. Customers are treated like trash policies are not granted. Today's experience I will never ever step foot into any Walmart after today.
Price is good and they have a big variety of products. But it is the second time coming to these Walmart and they have no shopping carts, ZERO, NADA, NIENTE. The 2 that we're available were with the wheels were stuck and we couldn't use it. So we had to wait for someone to go out and give us the cart.

I travel all over the country hosting events. let me tell you about how walking into this Walmart made my life that much more difficult. I came in to purchase a square card reader, some pens, load 3 prepaid visas and get changing singles. I went to the cash register purchased the square the pens and attempted to purchase the prepaid cards. The cashier told me that she was unable to load prepaid cards that I needed to go to customer services. Well I know for a fact. Any cash register can do it other than the self-pay ones because I had done it the week previous at another Walmart. Well the line 2 customer service was much longer than the one of the cash register. So then I want to another cash register and I still got the same response when I told her ma'am you are capable of doing this any other Walmart does it for me. She then figured out how to charge me and did so. then I asked for change in singles she said that she could not do that to go to the money center. I then go to the money center I ask Wendy at the money center and this is why I'm writing the review. Wendy tells me that she could give me $80 in singles at maximum I told her great how do I go about doing that? She tells me do cash back for $80 and then should be able to help me. I bring a small product to her to charge me to be able to receive cash back she says she is unable to give me cash back I then go to another register to get cash back once I receive my $80 in cash and then return to Wendy and money services Wendy and money services then tells me she is unable to give me change because she cannot open her register. at this point I'm livid because I came to her and I told her what my end result or by active in this transaction was. She then sends me to three different places and then tells me that she can't help me. she then refers me over to customer service I finally go to customer service and I wait in long line for the person that customer service to tell me that they can't give me change either the manager who is standing right there by then say that I would like some help from her she then walks me over the money services in which Wendy's currently helping another customer. I stand behind the gentleman who's already being helped and Wendy does not see me. Wen Wendy she's the manager she goes "complaints already? Ha!" I then say no ma'am I'm not looking to complain I'm just looking for some help. She then scoffed at my remark opened the cash register and reluctantly counted out 80 singles. I understand if people are poorly trained but when the faults lie on the customers and their time that is unacceptable. I hope Wendy's manager she's this to see how unhelpful a person who works in customer services and movey services was to a simple task.

Everybody always talks bad about Walmart. It's grungy and filled with weird people and never any cashiers. I do the same and this Walmart is my neighborhood Walmart and it's not so great. This is the Infamous one on the corner of Osceola Parkway and Michigan. It's is kind of grimy on the outside and there's always somebody trying to sell you some flan( I called them the flansito's and tell them I'm diabetic so I can't buy any) or someone is with a sign to beg you for some money. A few weeks ago there was a shooting in this Walmart. Yes, I am serious. So no, Walmart is not my favorite place. Especially this one. But why do we always end up here anyway? Because it's cheap. Hands-down it's cheap and has everything I need in one place. If I have to grab a few items I'm off to Publix where shopping is a pleasure but if I have to buy a bunch of groceries it's off to Walmart I go. I know I'm going to save a ton of money and grab everything I need. If I need my oil changed and some eggs, boom there's Walmart. If I need some pet fish, and a toy for my kid, and some plants for my garden, boom there's Walmart. It's really the place I love to hate and keep on returning to like a terrible boyfriend.

Decent Walmart, of the many that I have had to run into to buy something that I manage to forget when I'm out of town, this is honestly one of the best. Everything here is set up perfectly and each thing has a set spot. I have gone to other Walmart centers where the items seem to just be thrown onto shelves but this one is the complete opposite! There are two entrances and each are spaced to the sides of the store. On the left side is the bakery and deli area and the far right is the gardening section. There are many different items in this Walmart and the prices are always good for the items they sell. This Walmart has a kiosk near the bakery that offers free samples if you download the app on your phone (Walmart app). The staff at this Walmart are also some of the friendliest that I have encountered and for me that's surprising because my local Walmart is never friendly. The staff here will also help you if you have any questions or are looking for any items in specific. This Walmart also has many self checkout lanes!

I hate that you have to pick a start because in this moment doesn't even qualify for half start. I stopped by to send some money and there was only one register on the money service the line had more than 13 customers waiting on line. They had 3 more registers and they didn't open not even one more when clearly they needed to and the manager came to solve a problem for a customer but he couldn't stay and help her with all the other customers waiting on line. The register girls name was Dalyenid really sweet girl she was doing the best she could but I can't say the same for the manager and he had a badge with no name I wonder why , I was on the line for 28 minutes before I got to my turn.
