I was there this morning around the time they opened to get a breakfast baconator and some seasoned potatoes they asked was i using the app today i replied yes then was told to go ahead with my order i then proceeded to ask for a breakfast baconator and they tried to make it a combo but i responded i’ll need it be rung separately because i was using the app and then she made come up to the window without asking if we wanted anything else we pull up to the window and there was a lady named GLADYS with a blue jacket on we asked her to scan it she did and she proceeded to say it doesn’t work (we come here and use our points a lot so we know how it works) she proceeds to tell us that it's probably supposed to be on an mobile order at this point she still hasnt confirmed we only want the sandwich even after seeing four people in the vehicle i proceed to let her know the app tells you if a mobile order is required to be able to use the coupon she then went back and forth with us and when we asked to speak to a manager she proceeded to say she WAS THE MANAGER and so we explained again and she decided to start raising her voice and when i repeated i use it here all the time she then threw the bag with the sandwich in it at me and slammed the window. completely unacceptable and if she really is management she needs to be demoted fired or this location needs to be shut down if that’s how they operate! i’ve worked in fast food before and her demeanor and behavior etc was completely unacceptable

Don’t let the new building fool you - this Wendy’s location is terrible. Food seems to be stale and not fresh. They are definitely reusing or reheating food that has sat on the shelf. Fries are always dry and burnt as well because of the reheating. Gave this place 3 tries and will never be back. Terrible terrible location.

Ordered 2 baconator double burgers that came up to almost $8 each both were slapped with soggy buns due to excessive amount of mayo and ketchup with 1 piece of soggy uncooked piece bacon. I turned around to take the food back. The two workers just sat at the drive through and stared at me like I was getting on their last nerves before they ever came to the window to assist. The pregnant one looked at me and turned her head and got back on her phone. The staff there is beyond lazy and rude this is the worst mostly it’s poor attitudes but the food typically is fresh. I Saw one guy in all black touch the trash can and sweep the floor and literally start making someone else’s drink without washing his hands. How do you go from moving back trash cans and cleaning to making drinks without washing your hands it’s nasty.
Everytime i order from Wendy's online, i always receive it with something missing, i dont understand why they can't follow the order, and place everything in the bag that i requested.

The guys try their best to provide good service but this time I ate inside and the restaurant was dirty, the floors were stuck and straws and lids were all over the floor. I think the night manager should pay a little more attention to this.

I went by this location around 11:15 Thursday night 10/26/23 there was three cars at the drive through I was the second car it took 15 to 20 mnts if not more for me to get my food and when I did get my food it was cold and saggy ,burger was vold,fries were cold , nuggets were cold and had a weird taste. but was running late so could not go back to the drive through to make a complaint, I aet the food like that cause I wasn't gonna throw my money away like that I started getting stomach pains and then spend the night In bathroom ? please fo better people the food is so much better when is warm take your job serious you can make people really sick if your not careful.

Fast food is supposed to be...well fast. Specifically in the mornings it's almost like you are asking to be late to work. Service is extremely slow so plan accordingly if you are in a rush and bypass this Wendy's.

This is the ONLY Wendy's I've ever been to that will not give you sauce... They only give 1 sauce and for nuggets only. No burgers or fries. And they will not budge. You can only purchase 3 sauces on top of the 1 they will give you... I don't understand what the big deal is even if I'm willing to pay for it.
