First of all I'm very disappointed in the Drive-Thru where you're using a robot AI to take people's orders. How are you supposed to tell them and ask certain questions and what happened to the one-on-one customer experience I just had to take back my whole meal and walk inside. I asked a girl two different questions and she couldn't even answer any of my questions she just walks away from me

Víctor, the worker who usually works the Night Shift is entirely miserable working drive thru. I wanted to share a public apology for him. I know it can be tough working in the fast food industry but it doesn’t get any better walking around with a dark cloud over your head.He’s been extremely rude at the drive through every time I’ve gone. Cuts you off while speaking, closes the window before you’re done speaking and is extremely aggressive in his tone and demeanor.In addition, whenever he is there the lines take a lot longer. I’ve been given the wrong food several times.My most recent interaction with him, he was frustrated that he couldn’t hear me through the intercom and called me annoying. I paid with Apple Pay and he aggressively took the phone to take my payment and also slammed the window before I drove to the next window.I do not take it personally as these are all signs of severe depression and I will be reporting your behavior to corporate until something is done about this kind of harassment.

On March 14 at 10:30 pm we placed an order through the Drive-thru. We don't know the boy's name since he didn't even give us the bill. He was very rude from the moment we placed the order. We told him to separate the accounts and he didn't know how to do it and he rudely said it couldn't be done because it was full (there were only 3 cars) he was very rude and closed the window on us. I know they're not going to vote him out of his job, but I do think they should call this person's attention because if you work with customer service you have to have a good attitude above all.

The service is very bad.. if I could give it 0 stars I would do so, they are not receptive at all..1. We asked to separate the accounts and he said he could separate it, it had to be one account per vehicle.2. We asked him to charge on 2 cards and he didn't know how to do it so he said, I can't, we are very full!! when there were only 3 cars in the queue... Seriously?3. We ordered some frosty with the Steakers promotion and he said it was very full that we had to get in line again and order themNOTE: This is the worst service I have ever seen in fast food.
