I bought breakfast for three of us. I was not really impressed with the food compared to other Cracker Barrel's and it took a very long time to get our food, especially since we did not order anything that should have taken that long and it was not that busy. The sausage was very dry and the hash brown casserole was not up to the usual CB standards. Our waitress was very nice! I am probably being generous giving 4 stars. I only gave 4 because our waitress was nice. Also got a nice cup in the store.

I went in to order to go. A waiter came out and said "how many meals?". No hello, and I was only ordering dumplings and a piece of cake, not a meal. The cashier was lovely. The dumplings were in a tiny container and consisted of small pieces of dumpling, there was no silverware, and the items were in such a big bag that the cake was all tossed around (but still delicious). The entire experience was disappointing.

I had the waitress Tiffany Hargrove. She was very professional very on point I love the fact that she told me how much she loved her job and the people she worked with, which is a true compliment to Cracker Barrel. Therefore I would hope that someone. Who reads this would give her a raise She truly is an asset to your company And certainly deserves a raise. I commit this restaurant quite often.So I will be checking in on her to see if she was ever recognized recognized for her good performance and outstanding.Customer service
