I brought the other half of sandwich from lunch home to my boyfriend he took a bite off the end and spit it out because of the mold I looked in the box there was mold he threw the sandwich and my dog's ate it otherwise there would be a picture of the damn sandwich on this page too I spoke to the night manager he had no cares said that was a different shift that serve that moldy bread call the health department

First off they put the wrong sub on the wrong bun then went they made new ones it was so soggy it couldn't be eaten will never go back to this location!!!!

Not sure what is going with this location but how DARE your employee this evening at approx 8:50 pm after my husband goes back because his sub was wrong say he is going to clock out in case he “has to be off the clock” like he’s going to follow my husband to the parking lot! WTH is wrong with your employees? That right there is a lawsuit waiting to happen or an arrest for your stellar employee! The one smart thing that was done is the manager telling him not once, not twice but 3! Yes 3 times that he’s not clocking out and he finally listened.First they made his sub incorrect, a sweet and spicy meatball, like he has for a year and tonight they put olives on it, even though it should not have them (see your own menu breakdown of what’s on one), the manager claims she made it and that’s how they’re made (with olives) WRONGSecond they hung up on him when he tried call @ 8:27 pm answered said something hung up and he tried calling twice with it just ringing and ringing. Their excuse when he went in person was oh we were closing up! Seriously???Third when my husband went there for the incorrect sub issue a bunch of other people walked in and your staff said they couldn’t make everything because they already closed things up and they’d have to uncover stuff to make them food, like trying to deter them from ordering. The folks did get their food but from the vibe the employees.Your GM will be getting a call. Totally disgusting behavior by your staff!

After entering this location, it was nice being greeted by Firehouse employee. The Brisket sub was very good. Definitely will return.Happy Days Sunny Skies
As my wife and I walked up to the counter the 3 men working started at us without speaking a word to us. The one gentlemen wearing a mask mumbled something as they all looked as us which got a chuckle from his coworkers. We ordered anyway, we then filled our cup with come zero which tasted awful so we dumped and tried diet coke which was equally as bad as the first. My wife asked for a refund for the drink and we would just buy a bottle of soda. Which they did change us out for the soda. Over all the food was ok at best. But the atmosphere of the restaurant was uncomfortable as the crew made it as though all 8 customers in the store was a aggravation. As a company I recommend a deeper look into the performance of this branch before it further discredits your brand

Worst customer service we walked in @ 8:20 pm was not welcoming at all Christina and a young lady extremely rude horrible service never going back everything because we walked in when they were cleaning up again walked in 40 mins before

I’ve notice over time that the 1/2 subs are getting more and more like a 1/3 subs. Fortunately for Firehouse, most people don’t know the difference between a 1/2 & 1/3. Still great flavor, but I caution you to be careful about diminishing portion sizes.

When I ordered my sub with extra mushrooms I only got a few but when I asked for a small container for the rest of my sub to take it home they gave me a container full which I don’t know why they couldn’t have added the extra mushrooms like that in the begin
