This was my first time going and it enjoyed the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it tasted amazing. I will definitely go back.

Ordered Uber Eats. Patiently waited for order, was told Uber Eats order had not been placed even after showing Uber eats order to Tammy. Tammy got order while discussing issue. Tammy then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that she needed to “explain” some things to me. I told her I just wanted my food since I already paid and Tammy started raising her voice across the entire restaurant. Food is always on par here but won’t be back due to rude Tammy. I’m not a Uber driver, I’m a customer and should be treated as such. Won’t be back!

The food was nice but the service was absolutely terrible. The lady was rude and lowkey racist. My family get there at eight and the place closes at nine. Automatically the cashier is mad at us. She starts saying “we close at nine. I hope you know that once it turns nine I can tell you to leave.” We tell her that we’re fast eaters and that it was 8:11 so we won’t be there for long. She continues to tell us how once it turns nine we’re out. A white couple comes in at 8:30 and she’s mopping. Before they can even come in she says “ no you guys cannot come in. We’re closing soon so.” A few minutes after that couple leaves and man comes in and is really nice to him and tells him “ I’m so sorry sir, unfortunately we close at 9 and it’s 8:45 so you can order takeout”. A white man comes in while she’s talking all nice to this one customer and gets all rude again, saying “Nuh uh! We close at nine! We are not doing dine ins” and that man got mad and said “I ordered takeout, relax.” We got our food at 8:40 and we didn’t even dine in. We put it all in one takeout box and left. That cashier makes sure that you do not feel welcomed unless you are her race.

Very poor customer service. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. Finally an employee came lumbering out & went directly to the soft drink station. On her way back to the kitchen, as an afterthought , said "someone will be with you." A woman finally took my order, it was delivered quickly, so everything was already made. The menu isn't varied, you can choose Chicken Tenders or Chicken Tinders. They were pretty tasty but on the small side though. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again

The thing that I hate when coming here is hearing “it’s going to ask you a question”! Why do I need to leave a tip? What the hell are you doing? Most of the time the tables are dirty, you don’t clean my trash, and you don’t get me a drink. What makes you think you deserve a tip? Why should I give you one? I shouldn’t and I won’t. This country with its tipping culture is getting out of hand. I am not going anywhere that asks for a tip for doing absolutely nothing. I know you make $15 or more an hour. I’ll take my business somewhere else and keep the tip.

Came here to pick up some delicious chicken and the experience was the least than I have expected. First, I ordered through the app with a pickup time of 12:19pm. This is with 20 minutes of travel time. I arrived on time to find out that, and I quote, “It’s not in yet.” Yet every other customer that had obviously came in after my order were quickly served with no issues. Second, it was well over 10minutes before anything was done to attempt to ask me about and fix the issue of my “not in yet” order. Thirdly, after the staff was able to get my order together, I was able to leave with my order by 12:55pm. The staff were unknowledgeable about the “new technology” of mobile ordering. If there is an issue of delayed technology, then that should have been addressed well before this location opened. Also, customer service is the bedrock of any company. All employees should be attentive and courteous to their patrons. Please leave any and all attitudes, behavioral issues and biases outside the work place. Until this store fixes their issues, I highly recommend not going to this location.

Idk, mixed feelings here. Been 5 or 6 times. 1st time the tenders were melt in your mouth and the service was good, 2nd time the order was messed up but the food was good, 3rd time the food was not so good and the service was so/so, then they hired a giant troll that should be guarding a bridge.Rude and mean mugs people with her crossed arms and it felt confrontational along with the order being wrong.All.that aside the dipping sauce is in really small containers and costs almost .70 extra. You gotta make a tiny bit of ranch stretch or pay another dolla to make them holla.Probably wont go back anyways because I feel the troll may attack. Certainly wont let my petite wife go in alone for fear of unprovoked violence.
