We walked in and they were training the workers. We didn't know they had not opened for actual customers. We were so hungry we offered to buy the samples. The Manager and workers quick gave us pre-made Subs. It was so kind ( we were on Vacation lost and hungry) we will never forget the kindness of strangers that night. If you want a relaxing comfortable atmosphere with great food Jersey Mikes is your place. I purchased the Big Kahuna and Rich made it with so much love you can taste it in the sub. The crew worked together and they were very professional with handling the customers. The manager was great as well and him and the crew immediately greeted us when we walked in. You get what you get, especially when you aren't there to watch. My #26 arrived with no lettuce, no bacon, no ranch. I added oil/vinegar, some Italian seasoning, and a side of disappointment.
