KFC is the definition of fast food chicken. Ya got to love those 7 herbs and spices. The line at the drive through was about 10 cars deep so I went inside, long line there as well. The staff were all.working hard to get the food out quickly, so after about a 10 minute wait I was on my way. Good food at a reasonable price without too much delay even when busy.

What a miserable place! Wait in drive through line 30 minutes, wait at window 5 minutes AFTER PAYING then get told it was gonna be another 15 minutes or more! They got my money, I just drove off, will never, ever patronize another KFC/Taco Bell ever again!

There are children working at this restaurant and I did NOT see any form of management at all. When I say children, they appear to be teenagers or really young adults. They have no respect at all. I actually had a young girl at the drive thru window collecting money & handing you your food while shouting "HERE!" Each time she handed me something she shouted HERE! I was shocked. I purchased a 3 pc chicken strip meal. I got home and only had 2. Each time I come here I know it's going to be an experience I'd like to forget...........and they never disappoint. Ugh!

Not the best experience here. The biscuits were hard, the inside was closed so we had to go through the drive through. The chicken was tiny pieces and they didn't put enough ice in the tea.

I must say, after working in customer service for multiple years that was by far the worst experience I’ve had and that’s saying a lot for a person who doesn’t complain. If you don’t wanna work then quit or call off. Treat people how you wanna be treated. Jammey is a bright spot in the restaurant. Bless her for being polite and treating everyone at the drive thru with respect.

Door Dashers should avoid this place. You’ll find out why but usually the lobby is never opened because they can’t find help and the food is pretty gross. There are better places around but mainly my gripe is that door dashing here is almost impossible.
So first things first they didn't have chicken strips, so that's great. But my chicken breast was black, and my taco didn't have meat in it. I'd say 0/5 but that doesn't exist.

They ran out of white meat! Got the KFC order in a timely fashion, but took forever to make 3 tacos! The orders were stacking up and then the registers went down while we were eating. Quite the little show, really!

This place is HORRIBLE no customer service the general manager should be let go do to his total lack of respecting the customer that chose to come there. Please look for alternative fast food chicken, you don’t get treated poorly at Zaxbys and better chicken.

Went to this KFC this evening, they did not have any biscuits or coleslaw, and only 8 pieces of white meat left. This was at 6:30 in the evening. The lady behind the counter said that the truck that delivered the food was sitting out behind the store waiting to be unloaded since this morning. We walked out. What the hell KFC?

This place is horrible! KFC and Taco bell. You do not get what you pay for by any stretch of the imagination. I don't know where they get their food photos from, but I know through experience, the photos are not what they are serving. We gave them a third opportunity to do it right and they failed. I'm surprised they are still in business. Never again.
