On 4 different occasions I have been a customer, 3 out of those 4, somehow our orders got lost in the shuffle, after waiting 3 strikes rule for meg over an hour for our food, our servers noticed something wasn't right and our food came out a short amount of time after that, like the amount of time it should've been in the first place, on the fourth visit, I ordered fish & chips (my usual) and when it arrived, they literally looked like oversized fish sticks, barely a snack let alone an actual meal. Its' usually 3 strikes rule, but I gave them one extra and they failed, again.

I had a great Friday night experience with my daughters recently. Our server was Mo and he was attentive, genuine, and spaced out our appetizer and meals perfectly. He was even playful with my 3 year old who occasionally got out of her seat to dance. The manager, Steve checked on us and the tables around us to ensure everyone was enjoying their experience. Our meals were delicious, as always.The food and service at Miller's is always our favorite and, without skipping a beat, our first choice when deciding where to dine out.

My friend and I went here today for 1st time. She got bacon cheeseburger which she said was delicious. I got the fish and chips. They too were delicious. The service and personnel were very friendly/ professional. We do not drink so gave atmosphere 4 stars.
Had not been here for awhile, decided to stop in. Glad I did. It's refreshing to see an actual manager watching the food being served. I will be back.

Food is serviceable, what you expect from a chain. Customer service was a little haphazard not terrible, but it definitely gave me the whatever vibe. It really wasn't our server either. It was the person who seated us and the bar. Other than that, an okay experience, every place else was really busy, It's a good place to go when every place else is very busy.

Atmosphere is great for casual dining. They have a completely enclosed room and a room that is semi enclosed but with screens instead of glass. Many big screens to watch your favorite sports.The service was excellent. The waitress offered to sub out different sides than what was supposed to come with my meal.As for the food, the onion rings were great. My mother in-law loved her 35 shrimp plate. My sirloin was a little tough and stringy in some spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheel chair to get around in between tables.
