Panera makes the best bagels but i was disappointed to learn on my recent visit that they have discontinued some of the flavors including sesame, my favorite. The associate was having trouble with the slicer, so she cut them by hand. Instead of slicing through the middle of the bagel, she took a small portion off the top. So I'll be looking for another bagel shop. So disappointing!

The food & service were great. But the ordering was rushed for new customers. I wanted soup in a bread bowl. No my soup came in a bowl.Vegetarian options: The squash soup and tuna salad sandwich was good. It was better than I could make it.

Generally ok. Only choices for creme cheese is plain and onion & chive? No vegetable creme cheese? 8oz of cream cheese cost $2.99 retail at the supermarket but these guys are charging $1.70 for 1.75oz. It doubles the price of a bagel....cmon!!

Very disappointed on their purposeful unwillingness to accommodate our small group to have a meeting in their pay for room of $75. Was told by kaela that she would not allow our group of 10 board members of a retired law enforcement group that their restaurant was 'too busy' to allow us to pay $75 to utilize their private room and cater food from their menu!?!Is it that kaela harbors a disdain for law enforcement that so many corporations of today are promoting?!? Sad state of affairs! And of course l don't expect anyone from Panera headquarters to respond back!?!

The staff are delightful but the expresso machine is regularly broken. It takes days to get it mended. They had repaired it today but their toaster was not working .

Well. I have ordered here many times and today was truly terrible. $19.75 for watered down tea, soup tasted like perfume and this sandwich that wasn’t cut, literally had 4 skinny slices of lunchmeat, wilted greens a d possibly melted cheese under the smashed greens. Awful. What a waste of

We stopped for dinner here. Very good service and the food was fresh and well made, proper temperatures and tasty. The young man who took our order was very polite and patient. Us older people can be extra particular about our food orders. He washed his hands numerous times helping other people and before getting food after handling money. I appreciated the extra effort. Not all servers do this and it was nice to see his conscientious concern for proper food handling. I would recommend this location.
