I frequent this Restraunt and went tonight for a nice dinner. The bar tender is awesome and the beer is cold. I orders a 16 oz prime rib. The bartender/server comes back and said you’re in luck it’s the last one. Awesome right! Then the you gentleman “manager” comes to me as says they only have one left and it’s an 18oz cut. Then says you need to pay more or I have another table that wants it. I tried to reason with him. That didn’t work at all. I just walked out……. Now, I’m across the street at Long Horns and am enjoying my dinner. I would think that your Restraunt has probably done pretty well today up here in the villages. Are you really worried about 2 oz’s of meat? The guy next to me at the bar even had some choice words for the “manager”. Sadly to say, the “manager” saw nothing wrong with his actions. Good luck as him managing your location…

We went to Texas Roadhouse for my 21st birthday and had one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Emily V. , was very attentive and sweet as honey! Only coming back for Emily V.!

Food is always good, I was super disappointed in the service. Had to send two steaks back to be cooked correctly, servers (including the manager) sat on their phones and talked instead of providing service.

Food was alright. Service was slow and never got checked on by our server so tip reflected that. Maybe the manager should pull the ticket when people are eating their meals and not just their salads. Paid on the pad and just left. Won’t be back.

Really good steak dinner. Server was pleasant and helpful. Arrived at 4:30 and still took almost 45 minutes to get in was the only negative.
