So I moved to Florida a year ago from NJ and I'm still searching for a decent bagel down here.I will say this place is the closest to a good bagel as it gets down here but still not close to a NY or NJ bagel. I think people that live in Brooklyn would agree. Right now though this is the best bagel around these parts.

Ordered food for me and girlfriend. My sandwich was made wrong and missing item. I went to counter to let them know and asked for my missing item and the person (Krista) in the kitchen makes a face and then takes my sandwich and trows it in the trash making a face. I said back all I needed was my missing item, didn’t have to take sandwich or throw it away “she laughs”. I then ask for name and wouldn’t answer me- lady at the desk gives me her name. Then she makes me a new sandwich and gives it to the lady to give to me and then waves at me sarcastically.The new sandwich was thrown together and horrible looking, but at least made right!I’ll never go there again!

I was traveling through and stopped for a breakfast bagel. Was presently surprised at the options, food was very good with many drink options.

Came in at 12:30 , ladies are busy talking to each other. On the front door a sign , no coffee today. When I looked on bagels, no large variety of choices. When I've asked if they don't carry many different varieties the answer was , well " the end of the day". They are open until 3:00 so I don't think 12:30 the lunch time is the end of the day. Did not feel welcoming atmosphere. More less " don't care" attitude. Only a few customer were eating lunch
First time here and the woman working here was soo nasty ! Didt even get cream cheese. Wow happy

Bagels are the best with water bath. Staff is very friendly and brings our order to table, quickly. Tables are clean; coffee selections are great along with famous Cupstas.

Was going here at least once a week and spending well over $100 between dining in and bringing home bagels and cream cheeses...that was until RUDE COURTNEY ruined it for us on 10/21 and we shall never return! We were there the prior week and there was one problem after another. Waited over 30mins for 2 sandwiches, they came out wrong and we couldn't wait any longer due to low blood sugar and diabetes. Whoever the girl was who finally bought our wrong food order over and apologized and offered a refund. I declined and instead she wrote on a napkin an IOU for 2 correct sandwiches next time we come in. I go again the next week as usual and when it came time to redeem the IOU it was refused. When I described the cashier who provided it, I was told she no longer works there. I asked for a manager and along comes RUDE COURTNEY who was also very condescending. She implied we wrote out the IOU ourselves! SHE would not honor it and when I asked for the owners number or info she refused. She was also very loud and classless in front of the whole store. I told her I could show her my weekly charges on my credit card and was also buying a lot more stuff but now I'd never go there again and would be writing a review. It took me a while to finally write this, but it was on my to do list. Train your employees and also review your security footage and you can see what transpired! Classless and rude. I should have done the refund on the day it happened or even dispute it with my bank. I was unable to find the owner's info too, so hopefully they read this review. And I'm a big believer in KARMA, which always happens! Oh and Too Jays now gets our weekly $100+ and we are treated with respect there.
