This is the second time I have been at this worldof beer. Horrible experience. Took 1 hour to get our app. Then it came with dirty food still on them. Before that it took me 4 times to get a glass of water. The people across from us walked out. It took two hour to get my food burger not cooked correctly, Avocado was brown and disgusting looking, fries never made it to my plate. Never got them until I q as ready to leave. Waitress stated the GM never showed up, or called.

The beer selection is great, the bartenders are always great, the food is ok but very reasonably priced. The table service is always terrible. I have never been here when the table service was decent. I have grabbed my own drinks, my own condiments, my own silverware. Maybe they just need to switch to serve your self.

Not sure why I come back to WOB. The staff could not care less about taking care of the customers. The website states happy hour from 3-7 Monday- Friday…bartender informed me I missed it and it ends at 6pm. Mentioned the website and they should correct it she says whatever. 17 of the 50 beers taps are out hardly consider the the “World” of beer, that’s just some beer. 22 minutes and she has not taken my food order. Again not sure why I’m here.

Never been to this location. The beers are cold.... Food was great... good music playing. What more could we ask for !!!? Chris is our Bartender~ delightful lady with a good sense of humor. Greeted every patron with a smile to welcome them. We ordered our drinks... then ordered a burger with a side of fries to split. Glad we did..... it was large & plentiful to share. Cooked perfectly medium rare and the fries were crispy on the outside & soft inside. Delicious!!! . Kudos to the Chef. Hit the spot. Would definitely put this WOB location on the list to visit again.

Burgers are made to Order and very GOOD (mine are made Medium Rare). The service is Fantastic. The Waitresses are very attentive, especially Ray. I love the Root Beer.

We were @ Spanish Springs for the 30th Anniversary Celebration. Stopped in for a quick beer. Big mistake. The beer just wasn't cold enough.

When we got there we were told to seat ourselves and there was a lot of seating so we just picked a table near the bar. It had not been fully bussed from the previous guest. After waiting a long time, we were finally brought menus and the table was cleaned. Following another long wait, we placed an order for drinks and an app. The app came out almost immediately and was cold. We finished the app before our waters arrived. We finished those before our beers arrived. We nearly finished those before we were asked if we wanted to order entrees. We proceeded to do so and then waited some more, and some more, and... you get the point. Finally, three of us got our food. We had to hunt down our waitress, who clearly did not want to be there, to ask about the final dish. Another 15 minutes went by before it was brought out. It was delicious. Our waitress complained that she was very busy with a lot of tables, as if that excuses the atrocious customer service and long waits. The restaurant is obviously very poorly managed, but the food is good if it's hot.
