I don't recommend this place! I asked for a double espresso to drink there, they poured the two shots in an uncleaned large glass. I did not notice that the glass is not cleaned until I sipped and i tasted the sugar residue! Then i noticed the dried out coffee and sugar residue. Absolutely disgusting! They apologized and gave me another double espresso in another extra large glass, which immediately made the espresso cold. The next day i thought i should give it another shot! I asked for espresso and they just poured a shot of espresso that was already sitting there next to their machine into another glass and gave it to me! Absolutely horrible experience! Worst service you could find in the whole Disney resort! I hope Disney does something about that given that they have such limited options in each resort!

Felt like we hit the jackpot of having a hotel bar this amazing right downstairs in the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs. Came down here two nights for drinks and almost every morning for breakfast wraps and coffee before hitting the parks. Benji, David and Katie are all incredible, kind and fun bartenders— not only do they make delicious cocktails, but have wonderful Disney tips and great conversation! The build your own gin and tonic (I went with elderflower) and the French 75 were some of the best I’ve ever had, and my fiance loved his manhattans and bourbon cocktails. Definitely look forward to coming back here!

Disappointed to be served expensive drinks in plastic bottles at what is otherwise an upmarket bar. The service was good and the decor amazing, but the atmosphere felt a bit flat each time we were there.

Stopped in for morning coffee. There was only 1 barista making coffee drinks so it was a long wait for my cappuccino.

This was the old bait and switch, they show this magical building, never once, showing the roach motel you will actually stay at next door. Much like many of disneys other attractions this hotel is outdated and tired, totally disappointing.we are over disney.

Nice hotel. Love the service Disney provides. Food could be better but I find this across the whole of Disney and not specific to this hotel. Expensive and not a great variety. We got stuck in the room for two days due to hurricane Iain. Felt safe and was updated through the Disney app. Again the only negative I would say is not much info on food during the hurricane and had to venture into the hotel which we then found hotel were selling pre made boxes of food to avoid leaving the room which were great value for money but due to the fact we were situated in the casitas we wouldn’t have know this prior to leaving the rooms. Would have been useful to have this info on the app also. Still had a great holiday and felt the staff at the hotel coped well at a stressful time. It was only a holiday for us but many people, staff included had lost much more.

Exceptional!!!!! We stayed in the Casinta building and what a surprise! The room decor was impeccable, superbly clean and the grounds were beautiful. I am extremely picky and this was above and beyond my standards. Our name was on the tv and magic bands worked perfectly. We’ve stayed at 80% of Disney hotels including the top level properties and this will be our go too. The staff was fantastic and have an abundance of restaurants. We ate at Toledo and it was breathtaking. An incredible staycation for my daughter and I!

First time here but our girls had the best time. Loved the bus service that made it super easy to navigate between parks and hotel. Food was great, girls had so much fun at the pool and loved the side services !

My husband and I stayed here at the beginning of may for a week, as a surprise trip he booked for my 30th birthday. It was incredible. I had only ever stayed at Disney once in a value as we usually stay off site in a villa, but omg we loved it. It feel so grand and spacious when you arrive. In our opinion it has the best hotel scent as you arrive and I wish I could of got a candle or spray with that smell. The Aztec vibe pool was so good and we both love the slide and we enjoyed all the food here too, from the quick service two all the bars and we really enjoyed Toledo. Our room was so lovely and spacious as we opted for the kings size bed, the bathroom was so gorgeous and we loved all the little h2o products you get. We really hope to return someday as it is our favourite resort by far.

Beautiful, clean, with great staff and well-run! Our multigenerational family of 9 stayed in 3 Club Access Rooms in the Gran Destino Tower for 7 days in Summer of 2022. We're sold on the style and convenience of the Tower rooms. Wonderful art all over the property. This property feels more grownup & less "Disney-fied" than other resorts but you can still find lots of hidden Mickeys if you look close. Rooms were larger, fastidiously clean, & had very nice features. Multiple excellent dining experiences of all types. Fantastic resort pool, playground, & activities. This huge resort has over 2000 rooms scattered around a beautiful lake, so some rooms are far from food & shopping. Parking however is close to the buildings. Gran Destino guests can valet park. Resort is close to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, & Epcot. A short 10 minute bus ride gets you there. Magic Kingdom is much farther away, & the buses take about 25 minutes. We all agreed that we would definitely stay at this resort next time we visit WDW.

Coronado Springs is a DELUXE resort at a moderate Disney price. The resort is stunning from top to bottom. Whether you stay at the Grand Destino Tower or the other villages, you are immersed in Mexican and South Western American beauty. This resort provides you with touches of Disney in a stylish (not in your face) way. The amenities on site are like nothing any other Disney resort offers. Multiple restaurant and bar opportunities, several pools, including the massive DIG SITE pool area that includes a splash pad for little kids, a playground, and a massive water slide. Many people often complain about this resort's size and transportation options. I can tell you that the size is NOT an issue. We stayed in the Cabanas and could walk to the Tower, Dig site, or El Centro in 3-5 minutes. Buses ALWAYS ran on their scheduled times, and the only wait home from a park we had was on July 4th after the fireworks at Epcot. If you are looking for a Disney vacation that can give you a great mix of park and resort days while experiencing a deluxe feel, then Coronado Springs is the resort for you!

My family stayed in Gran Destino back in October 2022. The tower is gorgeous, rooms were clean and beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had both breakfast and lunch at the Rix restaurant, and everything was delicious. The quick-service food court here is not run by Disney, it is run by an outside provider, and as such it didn't operate like other Disney hotel quick service locations. They had a pretty limited selection of food, and the food we tasted was not so great. They also close down between lunch and dinner, meaning you can only get grab and go options between around 1pm and 4pm. This was a huge inconvenience for us, because even though this hotel has so many restaurants, the only one full open in the afternoon was Rix. Toledo, Maya Grill, and Three Bridges are all only open for dinner. The operating hours (or lack thereof) of the restaurants was a big problem for us at this hotel. Before 5pm, your only options are Rix and the quick-service, which isn't even fully open for part of the afternoon. The first night we were there, the Three Bridges restaurant had an insanely long wait all night. The only other night that we were at the hotel for dinner time, Three Bridges was closed for a private event, which was a big disappointment. I guess companies that hold big conventions here are allowed to close down an entire restaurant for a whole night, with no advance warning to other guests. The other big issue we had was with the bus service. This resort is big and has an internal bus loop, which means the bus transportation can be lengthy. We were aware of this going in, but what we were not prepared for was having 3 magic kingdom buses just leave us at the Gran Destino stop because my mom is in an ECV and they didn't want to have to unload current guests to let her on. The bus drivers seemed completely clueless about what to do with this situation, and just kept pawning it off on the next bus. We were trying to get to the Halloween party for the 4pm entrance time, like many other guests, so the buses that got to our stop were all full of other Coronado guests who had gotten on at previous stops. After 3 rounds of this, and about 30 minutes of baking in the sun and growing more and more frustrated, I ran up to the lobby and a cast member there called us a complimentary accessible Minnie van. So yes, Disney guest service solved our problem in the end, but we still had a lot of aggravation and arrived at the Magic Kingdom about a half hour later than we had intended. So if you use a wheelchair or ECV, beware of this resort and any other resort that has an internal bus loop (such as Riverside or Caribbean Beach), because even if a bus has room for more passengers, if it is close to full, they might just leave you behind. If we hadn't been at the stop so close to the main building, I don't know how long it would have taken us to get help for this issue. If you are not disabled and don't need a lot of lunchtime food options at a hotel, Coronado would be fine for you, but my family won't be staying here again.

We were really blown away with this resort. The grounds were stunning, tower was gorgeous, elevator system was top notch, castmembers amazing...I cannot say enough good things about the resort. It was so nice at the end of the day to lay in bed and look out the window to Spaceship Earth, Tower of Terror and Galaxy Edge. Everything was clean and there were so many food options. This resort became one of our top ones to stay at at Disney World.

I wouldn't stay here again. Paid extra for a medium deluxe hotel and our room was very disappointing. Customer service was bad with regards to sorting out our park passes. Spent nearly 5 days at Customer service trying to rectify and time in parks trying to get help with our tickets. Yes we were compensated but besides poi nt. You pay extra for better experience but we would have been just the same at a value resort. At end of day you spend more time at parks than hotel so will be trying a budget hotel / resort this year
