Very disappointed with my visit, following a program on this restaurant I was looking forward to going there (I'm from Canada). The sandwich was dry and flavorless and the coleslaw lacked seasoning. I expected more since this restaurant chain is owned by a guy who makes millions from his TV shows.

I have a compliant actually. I have an injury in my left knee and I was waiting for my family at a table. The table was next to a beverage fountain close to the entrance, and Lioness (probably wrote her name wrong) was very attentive and cleaned the whole floor, so it wasn’t wet, and even put my leg on the chair in front of me so I could rest it. She went above and beyond her duties. I wanted to give her a Tip and she said that employees are not allowed to receive anything … that is wrong! She deserves much more than I could have offer her as a tip!

Really disappointed, had been planning on trying for a few months and eventually popped in. Chicken was dry and somewhat bland, entire concept seems to rely on sauces alone which themselves were mediocre at best.Save some money and go to any other fried chicken takeaway for better food!

Highly recommend Chicken Guy! The seasoning on the fries is sooo good. Put the hot honey on the Mac sandwich! Staff was friendly. The place was spotless, clean bathrooms. Many unique dipping sauces. My husband had the apple jack milkshake which was delicious. Wish we had one in Ohio…we will def be back. Mobile order if you don’t want to wait in line!

Came here for a quick lunch and the food was actually pretty good and a good price. We had the chicken guy fries with the load it up option. The add on is actually more than the fries but it was worth it. Also had the honey Nashville hot sauce.The fries were actually really good with the pieces of chicken and cheese sauce. The portion was pretty big too. We were a bit disappointed in the hot sauce. Was expecting something spicy with a hint of sweetness but it's actually super sweet with a hint of spiciness. Wouldn't get that sauce again but would definitely eat here again.

This was our first Chicken Guy experience. It was a hit! Everyone ordered the tenders and fries (can't go wrong with the basics!). The presentation was especially impressive. Get there early - we walked right in but by the time we checked out, the line was out the door (it was Spring Break, so this was to be expected!).

Good burgersThere is a good and large selection of burgers. We can recommend the Mac'n'Cheese Burger and B.L.A.T. The price-performance ratio is fair.In the evening it is well organized when there are a lot of visitors and you don't have to wait long for your food.
