We are local to Orlando and visit Disney Springs about once every three months for a concert or dinner, etc. This is our first experience at this restaurant and as always, we sat at the bar expecting a great experience and dinner, similar to the amazing experience at Edison or house of blues or other spots around town. What a shock! The female bartender was the worst we’ve had in 20 years. She didn’t say hi, thank you, we had to ask for drinks, she wouldn’t clear food, didn’t even say thank you when we left. I’m not sure if she had a bad day, but hearing her conversations with other restaurant staff, she seemingly just has a piss poor attitude. We will never be back, too many better options, at Disney Springs and in Orlando. Find a different profession. First time we left a tip less than 30%

The food and cocktails were surprisingly good. I had the eggplant parmigiana. The atmosphere was very trendy and upscale. The server was very friendly. The only thing was my food was warm rather than hot and the appetizer came out with the entree. Not a big deal to me though. The salad was really huge!

Great little spot hidden away from the huge restaurant. The food and service was excellent. I really liked the "speakeasy vibe". Everyone was very helpful and the service was tops.

We had dinner on Friday and the food was exclent. Simona, our waitress , was amazing! The ambiance of this place is amazing . . We came back on Sunday April 21, my bday at exactly 9:45 and we were turned away by rude receptionist . The place’s web page states that the place closed at 11, so the signs outside but still , we were told the place was closed …. Awful

So disappointing after great reviews. I told my waiter of my food allergies (tomatoes) and while he accommodated, the food was extremely plain and there was no attempt to even make it a great experience. Despite removing any flavor, I still paid the full price for butter pasta that was not even filling. Just so disappointed and will not be going back. Much better places in Disney Springs without a doubt.
Food is good! Tried 2 of the appetizers: the burrata and the focaccia, both delicious and great combination of flavors as you can combine them and dip them into the olive oil. Had the Mule as cocktail and it was great and refreshing. My waiter was Andrea G. and he is 100% Italian so he gave me the best recommendations as I’m 100% italian myself. Nice vibes, informal and good for first dates, family meal or a quick bite before strolling around Disney Springs.

1st time and definitely not the last !!Samantha was our waitress and she was so welcoming, efficient and warm. Made me feel at home !We were greeted by Rizzi at the door and his recommendations were spot on! We loved our food !

Very disappointed in our experience at Enzo's Hideaway. We have dined here many times before, but will not be coming back after our experience last night. We had a reservation at 6:30 and didn't get seated until 7:00pm. I added in the reservation notes that we would like to wait for a booth and when the host brought us to our table it was not a booth, so we requested to change and we had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct table. I had also put in the reservation notes that it was my husband‘s birthday and they did not even acknowledge that once. The food was only average last night and we weren't impressed. They also only have two mocktails on their menu and when I ordered one of them, they said they were out of it.
