DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.After 15 minutes in line, we bought 3 cookies (chocolate chip, pistachio, and the cookie of the month/macadamia and white chocolate), all the cookies are covered with chunks of chocolate what makes every bite like taking a bunch of chocolates in your mouth, no taste of the cookie itself.It's a shame that for 6 dollars a cookie you get a very bad cookie, don't understand what's the fuzz with this place.

When I first found out the huge line in front of this place was for a cookie, I thought the people in line were insane. However, we waited anyways, then again the next day. I can confidently say these are the best cookies in existence. Also at a pretty reasonable price!

What can be said about Gideon's that hasn't been said?! The cookies and cake are beyond words, and the coffee is what dreams are made of (literally, I have dreamed about their coffee). I also own somewhere between 5 and 10 shirts because their artwork and whole vibe is amazing! Always a cool and friendly staff, I absolutely love this place!

Is the wait to get into this place worth it? Well, depends on who you are. I don’t have a sweet tooth, so I never got on that long line. Until that rainy day. It was down pouring in Disney Springs and I happen to pass by the Gideon’s when the rain briefly stopped. No line at this place? I did not hesitate. I had to answer to my curiosity about this place.Upon entering the Gideon’s, I was pleasantly surprised with the cool vibe and Harry Potter like interiors. At the same time I was appalled with the pricing? $6 for a piece of cookie? But I had to try it. I went for the limit, which is 6 pieces per customer.This is what I found out when I returned home with a bag of cookies :- It’s not a cookie; it’s a cookie cake. Each one weighs about half a pound.- Each cookie contains daily dose of carbohydrates, calories and sugar.- All flavors are extremely sweet. Too sweet for a guy like me without a sweet tooth.- But they are extremely flavorful. What a savory delight!I am not sure I’d get on that long line to enter the Gideon’s. But I am glad I got to try without that theme park like waiting. You should definitely try at least once of your travel plan includes visiting Disney Springs.

I have been dreaming of this hot cookie since last year. I ordered 2 this time bc I just needed to make sure we had plenty to share. Anywho, Jet was so helpful letting me know that I was in line at a good time to get my jot cookies as well as how long the wait time would be. I do think overall that the staff are helpful and patient, which is helpful.I think it's a must try! Cookies are rich and meant to be shared.

Everytime we are in disney we have to stop in Gideons, worth the wait in line. The employees have always been cordial and welcoming. the atmosphere is very well done. I've never had a bad cookie from them!

Overpriced, average cookies that are sold in mass because there's a hype. After waiting 30 minutes to get in, the doorman granted us access to our experience. We were so excited for warm, delicious cookies. Why else for such a line? The massive cookie looks like it would be wonderful as it was handed to us, but our first bite into the cookie tasted cold and immediately with disappointment followed by a weird aftertaste. Got the peanut butter coffee and it was straight sweetener. This store is all style, no substance. Go and pick up some toll house, you'll be better off.

My experience at Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs was mixed.While the cookies were undeniably massive and tasty, I'm not entirely convinced they live up to the hype and the long queues.The only notable difference I found between Gideon's cookies and regular ones was their size.The ambiance inside the bakery was cool, but unfortunately, the staff inside didn't match the friendliness of those outside.While some were nice, others seemed indifferent.Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if it's worth the wait.
