The service is quick and friendly plus when I bought my b split they gave us free wetzel pretzel. This Häagen Daze in Disney springs is probably one of the best ones to go to as everything around is absolutely gorgeous, we got the Dulce de leche sundae with added strawberries is probably my new favorite! Although we had to actually substitute the Dulce de leche ice cream for a similar one , that had cone in it , but it tasted the same to me , it also had whipped cream on top which makes it even better. We loved going there and staying to watch some of the shows they had going on. If you're in Orlando it would be a nice place to visit . The service was very good also , they gave a good solution when they didn't have onne of the ice cream we wanted

I tried the banana split, and it was delicious! I also discovered they have pralines, even though it wasn't on the menu – they accommodated my request, and I loved it. The fruits were fresh, and the ice cream was excellent. I think they should consider adding some individual seating for a more enjoyable experience. Overall, it was tasty and reasonably priced.

When I ask for my order I clearly said that I wanted two milkshakes, one of cookies and cream and another one of dulce de leche. Then when I got my order both of them were cookies I cream, I ask if they could change because it was a mistake of the stupid lady of the front and they refuse. Terrible service. Even the one of cookies and cream was with caramel sauce (they charge for it) and there was no caramel sauce, I ask for it and they put just a little bit on the top, not in the whole milkshake. Terrible staff, terrible service, terrible milkshakes. DONT BUY HERE!!!!

I said I won’t take this ice cream because Is not what I ordered and they trow it out to the garbage and didn’t refund or gave me the correct one. Any other place easily make the change to have a satisfied customer. Here, they don’t even care. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
