Love sitting on the patio. Steve Hogie is fantastic and regularly draws a good crowd to sit outside. Be sure to tip Grace generously. She can hustle. That woman works her buns off keeping up with the crowd.

The saddest and most inedible Cobb salad I've ever had. They boil their chicken and then add grill marks to it. The chicken is completely inedible. Bacon was questionable and was burnt. Avocado was so hard, i needed a knife to try to eat it. No beers on tap, and their can selection is lame. I came in with lowwwww expectations and somehow, they were even worse than I thought. I'll never look at a Cobb salad the same again. It was truly inedible.

I recommend the skip the line/fast lane ticket. It allows you to get in first and find a spot to stand/sit. The food is decent but it does have a limited selection --it's a bar and music venue and not the restaurant. For the last time, we stood behind the handicapped/disabled section. We have sat in that section before and have been very happy. This past time, we witnessed the staff going above and beyond to make sure everyone in that section was comfortable. That included walking them to the bathroom for those that needed space cleared in front of a wheelchair and for those that had mobility issues. The sound from the stage seems to be better than before so they must have updated something or have an excellent crew.

Very eclectic design, wonderfully placed, the place is huge! I had thr smash burger and fries and thr key lime pie fir dessert, I enjoyed it all! Anywhere you sit is a nice view, had a great time with friends, good food and good wine too! Thanks!

This is an amazing venue, our bartender Tina could not be more accommodating or friendly. The manager was very professional & personable. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Disney Springs and looking to relax and have a great experience.

Great atmosphere, large portions and good service! The pork platter was very good. The Cajun chicken pasta had flavor but the chicken was very tough and chewy. The Burger was good. It's a good place to eat and have a drink in Disney springs.

Made the drive up to Orlando to see a group my best friend and I love. I hadn't been to this venue before and wasn't sure how it was going to be. Overall, it was a good experience, but that could have just been because Aly & Aj put on an amazing performance. There was absolutely no breathing room. The venue was packed wall to wall and for the people that were in front of the stage, there was no way they could leave to get a drink or use the bathroom without losing their spot. There was a lot of shoving and pushing and even a bit of an altercation near us and one of the staff members had to split the group up. The drinks were strong and tasty and there was a good view of the stage from everywhere in the venue. If you aren't afraid of Covid (no tests needed, no masks required and squished up against people) then I think you should check out the venue.

We made reservations and our time was honored. This place is huge and noisy. Although we love live music, we were glad they seated us in a back room, but then we realized we were under a speaker. Very hard to carry on a conversation amongst the 4 of us. I feel like I can't rate restaurants on service anymore as we are lucky enough that some people are still willing to be servers. Our server quickly got our drinks while we perused the menu. Lots of bbq items, which is what I settled on. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and with a small upcharge, got the skillet Mac and cheese. Our food came quickly and looked very nice. My pulled pork was excellent, the bun was toasted and the sauce was great. The Mac And cheese was cold. We could not find our server anywhere. He never came back to our table the whole time we ate. The Mac and cheese would have been delicious had it been hot. That's a kitchen problem, not a server problem. You can't serve Mac and cheese in a skillet and have it be cold. Overall, not somewhere I would be likely to return. Food is similar to so many other restaurants and my experience wasn't that great for me to return.

Double charged me for concert tickets. Didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my dispute. Restaurant was terrible. The food was cold and expensive. Paid for a VIP experience and had people in our seats and no VIP hostess anywhere. It was truly a disappointing experience.

We stopped for an early dinner, and J.Q. was our server, she did a fantastic job. The beer that I had originally wanted was out of stock. She recommended another one and it was a great alternative. Thanks again to J.Q. Mark Tooley

All set and ready to go for a show, only to find out that at-home COVID negative test results aren't accepted here. Been to numerous concerts up and down Florida as well as in Nashville over the past several months and this is the only venue that it was a problem. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal except now, NOWHERE offers these tests for free anymore - they run $150+ at AdventHealth per person. That's nearly TRIPLE the price we paid for the 2 concert tickets! So as long as House of Blues expects people to fork out that exorbitant amount of extra money (and not to mention personal time) for every show, we'll just see our favorite artists at the next nearest venue. Now I know why a ton of artists are cancelling their shows here and playing at the Hard Rock at Universal CityWalk instead.

After wanting to come here for many years, we finally made it here. We had a 5 pm reservation on a Saturday and got here early. We had to wait a few minutes before going in. I was craving for BBQ for a bit and saw on YouTube that they had Baby Back Ribs and was looking forward to having some. Eileen was our server and immediately told us that they were out of Baby Back Ribs. I was very disappointed to hear that considering I was looking forward to that. I didn't understand how a restaurant that specializes in BBQ ribs can run out of that item at 5 PM on a Saturday! I know, I know, supply chain issues (sigh). Instead, I ordered Jambalaya which was sautéed chicken, andouille sausage, onion, bell pepper, celery and cajun rice. I was disappointed with this dish because there was more chicken than there was rice. I guess I wanted more carbs and this didn't deliver. Also, the chicken was white meat and I didn't care for it because it was tough. Hubs had the Shrimp Po'Boy which was fried cajun shrimp, French bread, seasoned mayo, lettuce, dill pickle chips and tomato. He wanted the shrimp because everything else had meat in it and he wanted seafood. He didn't like it and felt like it was phoned in. It wasn't something that he was looking for. It was passable. There was plenty of shrimp but it was the size of popcorn. As a result, it was more breading than shrimp. Lastly, daughter had Shrimp and Grits which was sautéed shrimp, chipotle cream sauce, chives, and crispy cotija cheese grit cake. Her entree was the best one out of all of us. She thought it was extremely delicious and creamy. She would have eaten the whole thing if she didn't get full so fast. LOL. We also had a Cobb salad to share. The salad had romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, blue cheese crumble, bacon, hard-boiled egg, and blue cheese dressing. The salad was good. Hubs said that he was on vacation and didn't need the salad to be the best item on the menu. Also, we shared Gumbo, which had andouille sausage, chicken, onion, bell pepper, celery and cajun rice. The gumbo was pretty good, unlike the jambalaya. When we got in there, the place was practically empty except for a table or two, but they still led us to the back of the restaurant. I didn't care for that but didn't say anything. Kind of made us feel that they're segregating us. I was a little sore about that because I went out of my way to reserve this place 60 days in advance for them to treat us like that. Also, we never saw Eileen after we placed our orders. We found someone else to give us our bill. I bumped into her, on our way out, to say bye. But, she saw us and turned her head and went her way. Should've left a smaller tip. Don't think we will be coming back to this location anytime soon. There are other better establishments in the area to try.

This entire experience was amazing. The bread pudding made me believe in god once more. The music, atmosphere, and food, was all amazing! Highly suggested if you want to have great service and a great time!

If your favorite artist is performing at the House of Blues at Disney Springs, you better not miss it. HoB is an indoor concert venue as well as a merchandise shop, restaurant with full bar and takeout joint. They often provide live music on the patio outside. If you purchase $25 worth of HoB merch you can enter the club before the rest of the folks in line for general admission. The stage is small and lower to the ground than at most venues. The dance floor is also smaller than most, which provides a super intimate concert experience. Limited seating upon barstools lining the second level for optimum viewing. I love seeing shows indoors in Florida. Air conditioning is so clutch to beat the heat! The sound was perfect. Drinks were poured into large plastic cups and as expensive as one would expect. I recently saw 311 and will never miss another show here. I love Disney Springs almost as much as I love small, indoor venues so this was a total win for me all around. FREE parking at the Orange and Lime garages, an incredible space to shop, dine, and pregame before the show while awaiting the lines to open up. Being located on Disney property meant exceptional staff, customer service and pristine grounds to boot.
