Ordered a latte with oat milk, received a latte with regular milk. Didn't know it was regular milk until it was gone, but the damage was already done. Oat milk was ordered because of a dairy intolerance in the group, and the wrong order made them violently sick all evening. The girls goofing around behind the counter messed the order up and should have been more attentive to their customers.

Recently visited my favorite coffee haunt Joffreys. We have been going here for years and have become friendly with the staff. We have always been treated like family until recently when we went and were served by Christopher or as I call him dicktopher. In all my years ordering coffee this was the first time ever that my 20% discount was not honored. Let me say Dicktopher you ruined my experience but I still love you Joffreys and will return next time I’m in Orlando. Just keep Christopher away from me.

When we walked in. There were 5 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. No one greeted us and they were all staring at us as we walked in. They were all white and that might of been the reason, because we are not. No one else was inside. We looked at the menu a bit and still no greeting. So we left. Never going back. So sad people like this still exist.

Espresso was bitter, too hot temp probably and not the right grind and also pouring it in a plastic cup, seriously?!The guy at the register was kinda passive aggressive. Refused to make a flat white and said they don’t know how to. I tried to explain the ration of milk and coffee but he didn’t want to even bother. The “flat white” tasted horrible. Couldn’t drink it. I understand not everyone is trained but at least show some hospitality if you run a coffee shop. Not going back.

Awful coffee does not taste much only tasted water for an iced « nitro » coffee at magic kingdom for the good price of 12$ since I’ve bought 2 ?♀️. The creamer was sitting under the sun for hours ! Staff was rude .Coffee should be flavorful and bold . Not tasting like this at all .I threw them in the trash.
On Sunday I came here with my family. I have been here many times and love the coffee which is why I am back. However, the individual making the coffee gave the impression that customers were bothering him. My wife's coffee was made with the incorrect ingredients and he gave the impression that he was irritated when we asked to have it corrected. This is not what I expect from an establishment on a disney property.

Went during a Friday evening and it was not packed at all. There was an employee there who was on her phone and really looked like she hated her job. I get it, it's Friday night but still.We placed an order of an espresso and peppermint mocha latte. The espresso didn't taste great, our at-home espresso machine (aka not professional grade machine) pulls better espresso shots. My iced peppermint mocha latte was incredibly watery and had no peppermint flavor at all. I was also missing the whipped cream topping as well.Unless you are desperate for caffeine, I would not recommend getting coffee here unless you like being disappointed or have no taste buds.
