Host and server were very cold and awkward. Restaurant was empty but they made us wait. Glasses were dirty. When we asked for new one, our waiter started inspecting the glass as if we'd keep it if he thought it was clean. The cream also had something floating in it so we asked for whole milk instead and for an attitude. The food was surprisingly really good. If not for our kids being extremely hungry with limited options we would've left.

We had read some poor reviews of Letterpress prior to booking and based on those had some reservations about this experience. On arrival for our 7pm reservation we were ignored at the check in , along with other diners who were also waiting in frustration. The greeter eventually wandered over, pointed out that we couldn't have a table as they were “busy in the kitchen with orders” and told us abruptly that we were to wait wherever then come back to see them in roughly 20-25 minutes. The rude and disdainful demeanour was consistent with the below average online reviews of Letterpress. As we could not bear the rudeness or the prospect of more insipid service, we voted with our feet and dined elsewhere. No regrets. Won't be returning.

Food was great. Omelets station was on point! Those who waited your table made sure you always had what you needed. Good service, good food.

The food was served a bit cold. That said, it tasted great. When the server asked how everything was and I shared the feedback, she got very uncomfortable. We ordered dessert, and we were served the wrong one. Again, tasted great, but it was the wrong dish. The server put the bill on the table without asking anything and left. I wish dessert was free as they gave us the wrong one. Quality of food was nice, just an odd experience.

The food was great. The restaurant is very quiet and there is a low light atmosphere at the tables. The only disappointment is that they do not have a fully functioning bar so you only have 5 cocktails to choose from.

We came in late after a day at Magic Kingdom. It took 20 min to get seated (party of 10) but once seated, our service was impeccable. Our kids were happily occupied by the markers and paper at the kids tables. Lea was our server and brought waters before we asked, served our food and drinks quickly and pleasantly. Food was great, delicious and hot. Love the ambiance here and the genuine kind service, highly recommend Letterpress!

Our family had a dinner last night. The order was perfectly prepared and delivered with a smile! We had a great service from the server, Lea. She was professional, super-friendly, fast, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Ask for Lea. She is a Gem.Thank you Lea!We’ll be back soon :)

I had the Buratta and Panna Cotta. Deducted one star because the dessert had a cookie in it that is hard to break apart and makes it difficult to eat but it still tasted really good. Love the view love the atmosphere and the servers!

Important de noter que le restaurant vous offre le stationnement gratuit ( sur demande ) si non ce sera 25$ ou valet 35$ Le menu est bien mais offre un choix réduit mais tout est très bon !! Souper de Noël réussi merci

Although the food was adequate, I'm giving this place a poor rating because of its lack of flexibility. We wanted a light meal because we had a large lunch. They had an option of fixed menu or full menu because it was Christmas Eve. I asked if I could have the soup on the fixed menu instead of the soup of the day on the regular menu. The waiter said the chef refused to oblige. Not sure why, he had a large pot of it already made. The place was relatively empty. So there wasn't a shortage. I can only assume there was no chef and only an inexperienced line cook running the show. My advice, avoid this place and choose a more professional restaurant

Came here for breakfast while staying at the hotel. Much to my surprise, it was breakfast with Santa! They gave my little one a nice popit bracelet and coloring page with crayons. This place is bright and airy with lots of windows that overlooks the water. Its a nice view. Our waiter was efficient, clearing out our plates, but had to track them to get us some water and soda. He wasn't the friendliest guy I must say, just here to collect his wages and tips, imo. The buffet is $28 pp and $15 for kids. Lots of variety of food from scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, crispy potatoes, made to order eggs and omelets, waffle maker, loads of fruits and breads/pastries, and juices (mango!). No complaints at all (maybe wish they had Mickey waffles!), and come hungry! You will be stuffed. The hotel only has two, well three if you count room service, options for breakfast, this place and their market (sells $11 breakfast sandwiches) on the first floor.

I order a quinoa salad with salmon. It is the worst food I ate. The quinoa did not have flavor and the salmon was so dry and tasteless even though I order it medium. I was so hungry too. Disappointing ?
