Felt the place to be much better than the rating.Meals were well presented and hot, food was flavoursome and plenty of it.Prices were what you would expect for the food and service that you recieve.We sat at the window with a great view of the balloon.Staff were courteous and knowledgeable.The venue looks amazing.Overall a great experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Lift available

Mind blown that this place is anywhere under a 4.5 rating. My family and I have gone here almost a dozen times, brunch , lunch and dinner and we have had a spectacular experience Everytime. Service is always good if not above and beyond. The ambience is so beautiful and airy with the best views of the lake.
