Crystal B was our waitress and wow we are mind blown by the experience we had at planet Hollywood. This was our first time coming here, and she was very thorough and communicative! Food came out so fast. The food and drinks were great. We had the best service we’ve ever had! We will be coming back!!!!

When we visited a decade ago, the landscape was vastly different. Unfortunately, for a rock-themed establishment, the experience did not meet our expectations. It appeared that the staff were simply going through the motions, resulting in an atmosphere that felt typical rather than spirited. Loud music and videos on repeat is only part of a rock themed restaurant should be. Strangely, patrons were consistently seated on the first floor, missing out on views of the observatory. This departure from previous experiences was disappointing. While the food was passable, it did not justify the high prices we paid; the quality was lacking. The service, on the other hand, was commendable. I would suggest exploring other dining options in Disney Springs and bypassing this establishment. It appears that Planet Hollywood's brand is now lackluster and no longer evokes the excitement it once did. Next time our family is here we will pass on this place.

If you want great food, excitement, movie nostalgia, and good service, then this is the place to be. I cannot recommend Planet Hollywood enough. I always wanted to visit and it didn’t disappoint. It was my first time back to Disney in 30 years and it called for a good dinner. The steak salad was delicious and the vegetables were fresh. The server, Cindy, couldn’t have done a better job. She was hard working and friendly. We even had a nice side conversation when she saw me writing postcards while waiting for my food. When I went to the gift store, the person at check out, Jenny (I believe), said my coupon wouldn’t work, but since she saw me “looking hard for some good gifts for friends”, she applied another type of discount. We even talked a bit (since I work in retail too). This type of personable service and fun atmosphere needs to be passed along to the higher ups. Keep up the great work. I will mention that reservations are a must for larger groups, since this restaurant is quite popular.

my family has been visiting Planet Hollywood for the last five years. It has always been our family favorite vacation go to when we visit Florida. We always have enjoyed our experience especially the service and food. On this evening we were waiting to be seated, my six year old son really had to use the restroom. One of the hostesses did direct me to bathroom on the first floor, but unfortunately only one bathroom was available and there was a line. We did try waiting for our turn, but my son really had to go. I went to ask one of the employees if I could please just use the restroom upstairs due to the line, he quickly agreed and pointed me upstairs. As we were about to head upstairs, the said manager “Carmen” came by and intercepted our conversation. She instead tried to force us to go to some restroom outside even though we were about to be seated. The employee felt bad and told us to just try the one on the first floor again. When we ran back only for the line to still be there and not have moved, unfortunately my son could no longer hold his urine and ended up urinating himself. Something that could have been avoided if “Carmen” would have just let us use the restroom upstairs. My son was forced to eat sitting in his own urine, since our table was ready and we didn’t want to lose our spot in the already 40 minute wait. This is unacceptable and no child should have to be put through this situation, especially since it was obvious he had to go. The “manager”was not even apologetic nor did she acknowledge us again. We thank you for your time and hope this situation can be corrected.

We spent an entire week in Orlando. On the last night of our vacation. This was the first place we had a waitress show not only diligent in her work ethics but genuinely cared for her customers. She carried great conversations that were just enough to enjoy having her around but not to much so that my husband and I could eat. Everyone knows you get those that act like its just another day or could care less. However, this sweet lady definitely loves her atmosphere and whom she meets. It was genuine. Next time we are in Disney Springs. I will definitely go back to Planet Hollywood and even wait for a table that will have Jessica C.Thank you for a great ending to our travels before home. We will be seeing you again a few times this year!And yes, the food was amazing to. Slight issue with overdone fries but she quickly replaced them and they were great!!!! ?☺️

This was the worst food I have ever had in the world at a planet Hollywood! It was vile undercooked and filthy - with staff understandably run off their foot. The kids $13 cheese pizza was horrific- see photo! The server was attentive and was worth so much more than What she was dealing withVegetarian options: One vegi item
We hesitated eating here based on how busy it was & we were hungry ready to eat. To our surprise the wait was only 20 minutes and it was accurate. We got seated and our waitress was so on top of things! Our drinks came fast and so did our food, which was excellent. We had zero complaints & even talked about wanting to go back the next day!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators & low tables.

Since we had never been here before we decided to order them and they were amazing!! The salmon was also some of the best salmon I have had!
