The theming of this hotel is fantastic and loved the pool and large hot tub. The quick service could do with some pizza late at night when you just want to get something easy to take back to the room. Buses from here to the resorts are very quick and easy, only Disney springs feels like some distance away. The reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the rooms need sound-proofing, we could hear every word of the conversation next door. They were just having a normal conversation, not even loud. Having said that, yes I would stay at this hotel again. It felt very upscale and relaxing in the grounds.

Great hotel, easy to get around and nice facilities. We stayed in a standard room I think, it did have a door leading to room next door so might have been called a famliy option. Only downside was for 3 nigths of stay someone stayed in room next door. Walls are like paper, could everyting going on. Lucky it was only 3 nights and that was it. Hotel was quite empty so this helped. Value for money is poor in relation to a normal hotel. It's only worth it for the early park enty and free transport. That made it worth it. Early entry saved so much time on rides.

The Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort had changed since the last time I stayed here. There was a new Gran Destino Tower where I booked a room at. From the MCO airport I arrived by black car where it is always the fastest option. I walked inside to gaze at the new hotel lobby and greeted by a cast member holding an iPad. This was the beginning of that magical Disney experience at Walt Disney World (WDW). She had all my information and more than what shows up in My Disney Experience app. She also explained how to use Genie+ and Lightning Lane Entry. She gave me card keys but also showed me how to use my phone to enter my room. Our room was ready when I arrived at 2:30 PM. The room itself was very nice and had two queen beds. Everything was in working order had a small refrigerator for drinks. The room was on the 4th floor and had a nice view of Lago Dorado Lake. This is considered a Moderate Resort Hotel but felt more luxurious with beautiful lobby and bar, grounds, and amenities. One of the benefits of staying at the Gran Destino Tower was the close proximity to the Disney Bus Transportation station. Busses only travel directly from this resort to the parks and Disney Springs. I was not sure about the water parks. There are four stops around this resort and that’s it. This resort is spread out so be prepared to walk a lot to the restaurants and pools. The food here is pretty good and at night popup bars appear. It was not crowded during my stay so felt nice to have a relaxing break from the parks. There are also daily activities for the kids at the pools and lawn. I noticed people staying here just hang out where can see many retiring from Disney Springs with shopping bags. It was very quiet and felt like an adult hotel.

Never disappoints! This place is one of the nicest places on the Disney property. Friendly staff and cleanliness! It's both for kids and adults, so it's a great combination resort. I prefer this resort over all the other WDW resorts. The tower is the nicest of all the areas.

This was the perfect home base for our first-and-only family Disney vacation. It isn’t too heavily “themed” Disney, but it does have beautiful Spanish architecture, soft Spanish guitar music playing in the common spaces, smells wonderful (live a good hotel signature scent) and our room was great. The carpet-free floors made it feel so clean, and we loved the barn doors for the bathroom and the separate toilet closet. Very efficient use of space for a family. We also loved the pool. It has a decent size water slide and excellent lifeguard staff. They even roast marshmallows by the pool every night for free (you can pay extra for a Mickey Mouse s’mores kit). Our kids didn’t miss over the top Disney the wing and my husband and I got to de-Disney a bit after long days at the parks. The kids did enjoy hunting for “hidden mickeys” throughout the hotel though, so that was fun. Would definitely stay here again. One of the best parts of our Disney vacation. Oh and bus service to and from the parks was great - fast and efficient.

10 nights in Coronado Springs was awful-a dark, small, dirty, dusty room-a very long way from the main hotel. We were promised a view-well if you sat in the corner chair maybe but as there was a walkway going past the room we had to keep our main curtains shut. Hence the dark dingy feel for 10 days and yes you can see right in through the other set of semi transparent curtains. NO WATER!! No water bottles gratis in room. It was a 10 min walk there and 10 mins back in 34˚C humid heat, just to get a water refill. And they did not take kindly to me filling a large water bottle either. Sour, surly staff in the downstairs Barcelona bar. The food was below average, the pizza was literally 6" and $11 for one. The Aventura was $15 for a large pizza that was truly great. The bed linen was dirty, the coffee machine was filthy with black mould in the filter, the floor was not very clean-only a light dusting IMO. 50% of the USB sockets did not work. Rubbish TV (Aventura hotel in universal- fantastic TV-many channels). We got free fast passes last time years ago but this time we had to pay extra for quick entry (genie, lightning etc) so if you remove the perks of being in a Disney hotel then there is no point being at a Disney hotel. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and did quickly sort out the room issues, but only after no response via the phone and yes I had to walk all the way over to the main tower lobby- but so what if they sorted it out-it should be perfect when you first enter-you want it right when you walk in the room. The water at the hotel and especially the Disney parks was so heavily chlorinated it was simply undrinkable-possibly even a health threat IMO. Worse than third world water. We had to go and buy water from Walmart ($16 both ways using Uber taxi -only 10 mins away- the Dasani is so overpriced it's worth spending the money!) or pay $4 for Disani water bottles-made by Coca Cola - they take 2c TAP water yes TAP water (google it), filter it and then charge $4 PER BOTTLE -a rip off. Poor food and expensive at hotel and Disney Parks too. The hotel did give us a complementary Genie pass which I used on Hollywood Studio thinking the Star wars ride would be busy. Wrong!! (Should have used it at Magic Kingdom) At Hollywood Studios, Rise of the Resistance has a Lightning Lane but is not a part of Genie+. To access this Lightning Lane you’ll have to make a separate purchase along with your already expensive Genie pass. You are looking at an extra $50-60 per person for this one ride!! Other rides were almost not worth queuing using the lightning. The FREE old fast pass system was so much better. Resort is close to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, & Epcot. A short 10 minute bus ride gets you there. Magic Kingdom is much farther away, & the buses take about 25 minutes which is bad enough or 45 mins if doing road works at 10.00pm. Standing for 45 mins at the end of the night after fireworks-it's more like doing an assault course than a pleasant holiday. The road maintenance dept must know when the parks close!!

Wonderful resort for trip with my husband ~ I picked this disney property as we did not have any kids with us this time & wanted a little more "adult" friendly property lol. The resort was clean, accommodating and had a few good restaurants to choose from. Easy to use transport is always a plus. I would recommend this hotel (a good mid range price point) but I was surprised no "towel" creations (maybe I've been away too long & they don't do that anymore lol). I would definitely recommend & my husband said we will definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean and modern site! Room very comfortable with 2x beds which is a bonus. Very comfortable mattress. Air con I’ve had to report because it’s kept turning off in the night and it’s really frustrating! We’ve had somebody out once who seemed to fix it for several days and it’s doing the same again. It’s good when it’s on.. just don’t know why it’s turning off. It wakes you in the night if you’re a light sleeper!!! Other guests have had same issue. Good selection of TV channels, lots of Disney! Bathroom, lots of towels - mainly small ones mind however still a lot to get you through. Shower gel doesn’t get topped up enough, have had to contact the services several times as it’s run empty even though the room cleaning services had been. Restaurants good selection on site. Swimming pools great with lots of sun beds when we came; even if arriving late at the pool after 1/2pm. The main pools hot tub is superb. Overall would recommend the accommodation with good Disney transport system to parks via buses which run very often.

Mom & I stayed 4 nights at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in late March 2023. We arrived on a Sunday night. Our room was in the Casitas building 4, on the 1st floor, with Lake View & 2 queen beds. Originally I booked a room at the Disney Port Orleans Riverside. But after reviewing online pictures of rooms of the Port Orleans & the Coronado (reasons below), we decided to switch to the Coronado. Coronado: Sliding barndoors between the bedroom & bathroom. Port Orleans: Curtain between bedroom & bathroom. Coronado: Tub with glass doors. Port Orleans: Tub with shower curtain. Coronado: Wardrobe closet cabinet to hang clothes in. Port Orleans: Bar to hang clothes next to sink. Coronado: Dresser with 6 drawers. Port Orleans: Dresser with 3 drawers. Coronado: 1 Plush chair & 1 desk chair, no table but area that's is part of dresser. Port Orleans: Table with 2 chairs. I called Disney Resorts & asked them for the switch, which they did. The Disney rep said she'll call ScooterBug, Disney's preferred mobility device rental company & make the resort change. Wow, our first "magical" experience. Upon checking-in we went to Bell Services to get mom's ScooterBug rental. Unfortunately, Disney resorts never called ScooterBug to inform them of the move. Lesson learned, if you ask Disney Resorts to do something, make sure you follow-up. We didn't & the scooter was left a Port Orleans the evening of our arrival. We were too late to use the buses to pick it up. Plus we wanted to leave early the next day for the Resort Guest Early Admission at the theme parks. Not a magical experience. I called Disney about the scooter drop-off location snafu. Disney gave us a credit to our credit card to use at the theme parks to rent a scooter or to use for whatever we wanted. A magical moment again. At Bell Services, they can take you & your luggage to your room if you'd like. Yes please, as my mom would not have been able to make the walk from the Grand Tower to our building 4 in the Casitas area. Jim from Bell Services took us & our luggage to our room. On the way he asked if we'd like a tour of the Coronado compound or just to go to our room. We said "tour please". Jim was knowledgeable & friendly. Another "magical" moment. Our room looked just like the Disney World website photos. It was clean with a well appointed design. The floors had vinyl wood-plank looking tiles. Made it easy to slide our luggage under the bed & out of our way. The bathroom was very clean & had the appropriate bath amenities. Mom didn't like the idea of 1 facial bar of soap shared between us, so we called housekeeping for another. Sorry for the misunderstanding as housekeeping showed up & she offered us tissues. We sent her away not realizing she may have had the soap in a bag that she was holding. Language misunderstanding. Our room amenities included the famous H2O products. The shower has the wall mounted H2O: body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The sink area had a shower cap, a bottle of mouthwash, a H2O body lotion, and a vanity kit containing 2 cotton swabs, tiny nail file, & makeup remover pad. There were enough towels for 4 people. As it was just the 2 of us, this worked out well until housekeeping could come on Tuesday with fresh towels. The room had plenty of storage space. Tons of shelving in the bathroom and plenty of space with the dresser & night stand. The room does have a large amount of outlets & USB jacks for charging. There was a individual size Keurig machine in the room appointed with 2 Twinings tea pods, 4 Joffrey's pods of regular coffee, & 2 Joffrey's pods of decaf coffee, International Delights creamer, sugar, & sugar substitutes. I had the decaf coffee, it was delicious. No microwave, but did have a tall shallow safe in the night stand. The refrigerator was warm when we arrived, but the next day our items were cold. I setup my Disney My Experience App to open our room door. Love the magical so

They did not cook the hamburger I ordered enough and I was sick the rest of the day! There was hardly enough workers and they just didn't seem to care or know what they were doing.

We arrived late and ate around 9:00 PMand everything was good - fresh and fast. We had a toddler with us so we needed something quick before we went to our room

We stayed at Coronado springs for two weeks and ate here several times. The food is decent and quick service with friendly staff. Perfect for when you’ve had a long day at the parks or a solid breakfast before heading out. Well worth buying a cup for free refills on soft drinks and tea and coffees. There’s about 7 different meals you can get with a small amount of changes.

True it serves large numbers of people quickly, and that is the best you can say for it. There is nothing here you would want unless you really do want carbs, fats and sugar all under heat lamps. Breakfast is a choice of breakfast sandwiches with sausage and bacon or waffles or pancakes with sausage or bacon or liquid eggs made into a scramble with fried potatoes, and more carbs, fats and sugars. Lots of grab and go, but again, just more muffins, pastry and desserts, and a couple of salads in containers. I didn't hang around to see what the rest of the day looked like, there are other options.

This use to be one of our favorite places to eat now I found myself dreading what to pick to eat today. In the 14 nights we were there it was the same few foods over and over day after day. They did change the pasta daily but that was the issue I wanted the traditional scoobi doo alfredo they use to have and the pizzas they use to have. The quarter chicken dinner gone. The delicious bakery section was gone now its all grab and go items. The smoothie bar was never staffed not even sure they still offer them.

Staying at Coronado Springs Resort for two weeks and have found El Mercado De Coronado food court very disappointing. We have tried a few different meals from here and the worst was the pulled pork. The pulled pork was full of fat and tasted disgusting. Upon it being plated for me I should have changed my mind as when they put it in the plate they poke it about with the serving tongs. Unfortunately, this does not make it taste or look better. As a positive the garlic bread served with it was alright. This was the only meal I had that was plated in front of me. The rest is warmed grab and go. This is either for the convention attendees or used to save money. Either way this is not good considering the cost of the food. You can definitely tell this is not a Disney run establishment. Even the food at All Stars and Pop Century is so much better and this is just standard Disney fare. This Resort needs a complete overhaul when it comes to presenting itself as a Disney Resort. Finally, I would add the Resort is beautiful but just not Disney standard anymore. We have previously visited El Mercado many times over the years.
