During the daytime, I only noticed the large windows, but as it gets dark, the majority of the sides are glass, allowing the bright interior to be visible from outside. This could be tempting for Starbucks lovers.

It was my first time trying coffee from Starbucks (I got a pink drink the other time) it was rly good! I got the Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. The service was lightning fast.

Staff here were extremely rude. This is a very busy location but I experienced 3 employees with nasty attitudes. First employee asked my family to step back with a bad attitude as we were approaching a register that was open, where another employee was waving us forward. Then the women at the register was very rude and short and got annoyed when I asked if they had cream and sugar sitting and said "I asked you if you wanted any." That is no way to talk to a customer. Guess I'm not aloud to change my mind or add it in myself. Lastly, I watched an employee that was calling out orders. The customer waiting for her order couldn't hear what he was saying and asked. He responded by saying the name very slowly and then shook his head in clear annoyance. Absolutely no pleasantries from any employee. Horrible staff.

I have been many times at this location and I am always impressed that although the line to order is very long, the waiting time is short, a dynamic and well-trained work team, It’s impressive how they shout the name of each customer. Once your order is ready, each customer is called with more energy than previous was, some members of the team are bilingual so you don’t need worry if you don’t speak English, the store is large, but well organized

My drink tasted really good until I got a couple of sips in and felt something hard on my tongue.....I spit it back in my cup and dumped it in the sink with the stopper in and I found what appears to be baby cockroaches or some sort of bug....when I contacted customer service all they did was give me my money back for that order..... I'm really disappointed in them.
