The sides including mushroom risotto and fingerling potatoes were ok (I was a little underwhelmed by them). The Gruyère bacon mac and cheese was tasty.For beer we got La Fin du Monde which is a Belgian Abby style triple ale with a complex flavor and very refreshing. Also had the Moose Head lager (also refreshing ? ?).For dessert we got the Maple Crème Brûlée!!! It was soooo good.Service was ok, but on par with lesser chain restaurants.Will be back again.“

I normally don't drink wine, but I wanted to have a nice wine with my meal this time around. I gave her ideas/options of what my pallet was and she chose the perfect wine. The most important piece of this was that she didn't try and sell me on the most expensive wine either. She gave me options and suggested her favorites based upon my pallet with some variety. We were very pleased with how the meal turned out, from the crab cakes to the Ribeye. The most perfect steak I've had in a while at a nice steak house.After our meal was over, Mackenzie even brought over a little birthday dessert on the house for me. Made me feel special for my day. “Yee Haw!!! This is a great place!Conveniently located near our hotel we decided to go for it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were seated quickly and served quickly. The food was bold in its flavoring. I ordered a berry sangria and it was huge. The loaded potato soup was excellent!! I got the 7 pepper sirloin salad, and it was next level good. “We got there at opening, so not busy at all. The waiter was right on top of everything! The food, not so much. You could tell that it wasn't being attended to. Both the steak & the chicken were overcooked. A bit charred for Parmesan crusted chicken and medium rare steak was mostly medium. We didn't complain as we waited a good while for them to come out as it was. Worth trying them again though; because of the service.“

“Great service from Theo and the group. Not sure who ended up being our last server but he was great as well!! We ordered the dessert wheel for my bday and they brought me a flute of red juice? It was sweet but tasty and I asked if it had alcohol (I don’t really drink) and the server said it was non-alcoholic because he noticed I ordered a Diet Coke and not alcohol. That’s attention to detail! He did offer me champagne after that but like I said, I’m not a drinker.“

“We love going to Longhorns. I don’t usually eat steak here because I cook a great steak at home but we love the Wild West shrimp and the chicken tenders with the honey mustard dipping sauce. I think they have one of the best honey mustard sauce around. My last visit someone in my party ordered the sirloin steak and it was cooked to medium rare as requested, but there were something funny like a sour taste towards the center of the meat. The staff was wonderful in the situation and removed the dish from our check and gave us a free appetizer for our next visit. This will not stop up from returning. We understand that sometimes craze stuff happens.“

“I just had the most delightful time at this location. The manager is spectacular. Her name is Roz originally my son and I ordered the steak and lobster and we ordered it medium. Well it came out a little more well done than we liked upon hearing that she came, she took up the steaks. She went in the kitchen herself and made the steaks. They were amazingly magnificent. The delicious lobster just dissolves in your mouth. Everything was fantastic and on top of that to put the cherry on the cake, the dessert was good business. What a good restaurant, what good service our server he was phenomenal as well. This was a delightful experience. I will give this a solid 10 from service to the food to the ambience to the atmosphere. It was fantastic. “We started with the pork belly appetizer. It was tender and the apple purée was a nice contrast to the savory flavor. If you are unsure of what to order, I highly recommend the wagyu steak flight. The Japanese waygu is out of this world and the salts that are paired with the steaks are perfection. The steaks were cooked exactly how we asked for, between rare and medium rare. The server was very knowledgeable on the menu as well. The purée potatoes and asparagus were just okay, they were both cold when they came out. They may have been better if they were hot, but I would skip those in the future. Now the desserts… the olive oil cake is good, but it is more on the crumbly side and the flavor is light, it’s a good dessert, but not for everyone. The coconut dessert was absolutely pure magic. Every bite melted in your mouth and all the elements complimented the dessert so well. It was not too sweet and not too heavy, so even if you were full from the main course, you could still make room for this. I will say the atmosphere was a bit crowded. You pay a lot for the experience and I didn’t feel it was intimate enough for the price. All and all, I would still recommend.“
