The price is what really drags down this review. The food is fine - at best, the service was slow, not their fault they clearly haven’t hired enough staff. The atmosphere is why you come here, you know it, they know it, your kids knows it.Is it worth the price? No. Will your kid love it, only if they really love dinosaurs, other than that it is a curiosity, and then your kid will eat 1/3rd of their 12 dollar meal, fun.Kid-friendliness: This is a kids restaurant.

The hostess here are a joke. Walked in and immediately was told 20 min wait, she took our phone number and name. Proceeded to get a message our table was ready, turns out we still had to wait in line to get seated. Ridiculous!

Charged me extra. I wrote an email and never got a response.The service we received was subpar. Our server was pushy and rude, rushing us to order drinks, not allowing us to order dessert until we had finished our entrees. She continuously pestered my husband about ordering more drinks, even though he had only finished a drink that was mostly filled with ice. We waited 20 minutes for our entrees to arrive, and when we finished our meal and requested the check, we waited 10 minutes before we have to ask again for the check and we were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing our server by not ordering dessert.

Our party of 9 was enthusiasticaly greeted by our server and we were off to a great start but after the drinks were delivered, food order in, he just ghosted us. No refills or an ask about another beer, etc. didn't ask if everything was good, seemed like an after thought but did ask if we needed condiments. With the items ordered, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc, a seasoned server should just assume they would be desired. I believe in performance based tipping versus the imposed gratuity for larger parties. He failed miserably and his tip should've reflected it. Instead he automatically was rewarded for a job poorly done. The food was mediocre at best.Terrible Caesar salad, mostly lettuce ribs, with a pile of overseasoned croutons and chicken with fake grill marks. If I could rate service a zero, I would've. Not expecting a Michelin star experience but for what we all paid, certainly expected service that at minimum parralled.

This is one of the best restaurant in orlando.we have the best waitress Richard and because of this awesome man we came once again and we asked to seat with him.his service and kindness its beautiful. And very friendly and with alot of patience .hard working man .should be recognized by the owner of this restaurant. It makes the employee very happy .thank you Richard for your service.
