Place is small but quaint. Everyone is asked if they have a reservation as they walked through the door. I ordered the Chicken Picatta and was not impressed. It tasted as if “gravy” was added to it. The bruschetta caprese was good but real messy.

The atmosphere is inviting and our waiter was good but the food was not good. Grill octopus was chewy, fettuccine Alfredo had a bad after taste and my lasagna was mediocre. The prices certainly didn’t reflect the quality and I left thinking that Olive Garden would have been better. Will not return. Very disappointing to pay the price for a mediocre meal at best.

I love this place. Matteo is great, the manager is great... I always have a great experience here. The food is super and I always get a table because the bar is a bit rushed. This place is a hidden gem and it seems nobody knows about it.

6 of us, ate in the bar at a large high top. Server was very nice, but kitchen forgot the gnocchi, so that came late but was very tasty. Short rib portion was huge, lobster ravioli was good, but not fresh pasta or overcooked. Swordfish was nice. Eggplant and polpo very good. Polpo a little spicy. Tuscan wine flight very good, 3 wines, about 1.5 glasses of wine in volume, maybe.

I believe our server was Vincenzo, and he was excellent. The service here was top notch. The food around Disney had not been impressive, but the food at Epcot is a million times better. Tutto was very solid. Not terribly spendy either. We had pasta pomodoro, and it was actually very tasty.Dietary restrictions: Accommodating.

From the hostess to the bartenders, very unwelcoming and slow. Not a very good representation of Italy

Food was decent. Bar service was deplorable. Did a flight of wine at the bar and told we had to leave to make room for people outside (it was raining). We had a party of 6, were at the bar for no more than 10 minutes, then asked to leave since we paid our tab. Had no idea we had to shotgun our wine. So we grabbed a table and ordered food to avoid going out in the rain and to finish our drinks. Maybe that's their plan. Pro Tip: don't pay your tab until you've finished your flight of wine. We won't come back, and recommend you skip it. And we're Italian.

Overpriced compared to other Epcot options. After asking for a table, they said we could go to the standing bar for drinks only. After paying $50 for two glasses of wine, they told us it was to-go only and we had to leave right away. The wine and server were good.

My favorite of the three food and beverage choices in the Italian showcase, Tutto Gusto probably has the best focus of any of the options available. The beverage menu for cocktails and Wines is surprisingly extensive. There's some really good choices here and not necessarily your run-of-the-mill options. For cocktails, the Italian sangria is excellent, as is the white wine spritzer. The Bellini and Frizzante are both yummy choices on a hot day. Your beer menu is very limited and nothing you can find at a neighborhood bar, but you don't really come to a place like this to grab a beer. Plenty of sparkling, white, rose, and red choices, available by the glass, half class, or bottle. All of your top value Italian wine regions are represented here, from Tuscany to Veneto, and from Chianti and other central regions. Cocktails from southern Italy also have a prominent place on the menu, with the limoncello based drinks the notable stars of the show. The bar is set up to resemble a European style, wine cellar and tasting room, and this location is strictly geared toward adults. The atmosphere is cozy and classy, without ever feeling pretentious. It's very easy to settle in to a comfy chair and spend a few hours at this location. We do have some food options from the nearby restaurant, but my recommendation is to keep it light and just enjoy the wine. The service is attentive and friendly, never overbearing. I found that staff was always willing to make a suggestion based on preferences, and their instincts were usually pretty solid. As you would expect, you're going to pay a significant markup on the alcohol, but it's not quite as bad as you think. Frankly, I thought the prices for the winds here were far more reasonable than some of the food options in the same section of the park . For example, an $80 of Barolo might go for $200 here. Not quite a 300% markup. That's actually pretty close to standard, or even on the lower side for some trendy wine bars and restaurants. Overall, this might be my favorite little hideaway in Epcot. It can be easy to miss, but if you're willing to indulge in some wine and slow things down a bit, this is your place.

For a place as welcoming as Epcot, it is disappointing to see a place that selects who goes in.The host would tell you the bar is at full capacity when it is pretty much empty.
