The steaks were both pretty undercooked, I asked for a medium well and got rare. The flavor was good but the food was basically cold when it got to us. Our server was great, but I'm disappointed I spent that much money for food that had little effort put into making it right.

Always a great visit. They are rightly known for the wine list which is extraordinary. But it would be pointless without knowledgeable and patient staff which they are. Excellent suggestions and explanations. I'll go back for sure next time I'm in town

Our server Benjamin was a delight, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines we had questions on. We got the Home-made Meatballs and the Artisan Cheese Board and they were both delicious. I'm not usually a fan of polenta but the cheesy polenta with the Meatballs was omg good.

This place was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The service from the hostess stand, to our waitress (Julie, I believe), to the chefs, was top notch. Coming from the industry of food and beverage, they did everything they could to make our experience the best.We each got a two glasses of wine, an appetizer (fried gnocchi) and the ribeye. The food was phenomenal and they nailed the ribeye. One of the best ribeyes I’ve ever had.After we left, I accidentally left my sunglasses and I received a call from the hostess about 5 minutes after I left to let me know I had forgotten them. This hospitality does not go unnoticed and I recommend this to anyone that wants a nice dinner with a good atmosphere (and great service).Thank you all for the great experience tonight. We will be back for sure.

We loved our experience here! The owner is involved and present in the restaurant - it shows. Wine Bar George has an extensive and beautifully curated wine list. We had Amanda as our server and she was excellent. Her wine recommendations were perfect and she went out of her way to hunt down the last bottle of a wine my husband wanted. Everything we had for brunch was delicious. The frozen old fashioned made for the perfect to-go drink on a warm afternoon, too. Kid menu was a hit with our son. We will definitely be back!

First time eating here, and it was fabulous. Our server was fantastic. He was so kind and knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. I love the atmosphere inside but we wanted to eat outside. It was a nice little balcony area. The wine, cocktails, endless vacation, and food were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our French dip and M.C.T. I look forward to visiting again.
It was good. The salad and meatballs were amazing. I would definitely recommend making a reservation with the group so you can all share. It's a lot of small play options. I thought the skirt steak was OK. I think I must not have been a fan of the cut of meat.
We have returned to Wine Bar George many times. We shared a. Jesse board and an order of humus...each was excellent. Amanda, our server, was outstanding. I enjoy a glass of Pinotage; this is one of the few places that has it in its cellar. A great evening!

I think this has to be one of my favorite spots in Disney Springs. We have gone 3 or 4 times now and everytime the service and the food is spot on. The only flaw I have with this restaurant is the seating arrangement - some of the tables are just awkwardly placed. With that being said the hostess has always been very accommodating with moving us to to another table.

Great service, very specialized wine recommendations. For example, they explained to us that the reds on tap would be cold and allowed us to try before ordering, we decided to go with a glass of another wine instead and our server made a recommendation for a brilliant Tempranillo that really opened up while we were having dinner. The steak family platter we ordered was divine: tender and flavorful.

Absolute worst service or I should say no service. My daughter and I went to this restaurant to try out the wine. We sat at the bar, which was not crowded, probably between 5 to 10 people. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes before someone came over and offered water. He said that the bartender would be over shortly. Another 15 minutes went by and still no service. When we tried to signal the bartender, he literally looked through us as if we were invisible. So, we left. Went to the Irish Bar around the corner and got great service. Can't say anything about the wine or food because we were never given the chance to make a purchase.
