I ordered chips and salsa, yet when I arrive at my hotel room there was no salsa, so there goes that. Here is the real irritating part. I have served in the military for 15 years as an Active Duty Marine and have deployed to multiple countries to continue to provide the freedom that you all enjoy. Never did I once got to choose which mission I executed it, yet when I asked for what I believe to be my well deserved military discount, the manager decided that my discount should be itemized and only discounts 10% of one meal. First of all, that’s very petty and in lake City,FL where military population it’s not very high. Second of all, I guess when the wolves come to our front, I’ll save one person at Chili’s and let everyone else die. Finally, if you think that my family is not the main reason u do what I do everyday, you are very naive about what it takes to continue to be active duty, I guess they don’t get a discount. So disrespectful and ungrateful.

Stopped bye for a quick bite to eat. Service was okay and waited a while for my drink while the place was slow. The food was good, so overall, I'd say it wasn't a negative experience.

We got two takeout lunches today. Gurt, the manager, gave us superior service! Gurt was personable, efficient, and timely. Heather, to go employee, was friendly, helpful, and kind. Our orders were delicious! (lunch combo - chipotle chicken fresh Mex bowl and lunch combo-half order bacon ranch chicken quesadillas with chips/salsa) Stellar service by Gurt and Heather.

I was in town for a business trip. Stopped by Chili’s and ordered a sampler with Southwest Rolls, Garlic Parmesan boneless wings, big mouth bites. The food was good and service was quick. It was not that busy when we came in.

We had the ribs and chicken and corn dish. My wife and I split the meal. Was delicious l would get that again. Great food.

Had the most amazing dining experience here thanks to Ms Sabrina! Every time we come into chilis we make sure to ask for her! She makes our chilis visit relaxing and smooth! Great knowledge about the menu and a very hard worker! We absolutely love the triple dipper ( Try a little of everything ) and the Beef cheese dip is to die for! If you save room for dessert the molten lava chocolate cake is Heaven! Thank you again Sabrina you’re awesome!!
