I'm just gonna say that I vote for a new Cook..It's just how I saw it.Being prepared and delivered was not okay. The gentleman needs to be resertified in food safety course. I Used to be in the food service industry. So I do know about these things.

When there on 3/30/24 about 8:50 pm cause we were craving Chipotle, I came inside and the employees were all standing talking, they talking that they stop making fresh food, so what ever was there it needed to be sold. The counter was filthy, there was food all over, but when I said all over it looks that they have done a burrito bowl on it.. It was disgusting. I go to Tampa every weekend to take take of my mom, and always stop at Chipotle in Brandon, so clean, great customer service.A girl came in and ask me what I wanted luke she didnt care and I told her "after looking at the filthy counter I don't want nothing" and I left. I was so excited we were going to have a Chipotle in Lake City but I will never go back. I will hold my craving until I go to Tampa. So sad that employees don't care to keep it nice and clean. That's the reason companies close stores as some employees don't care.

I ordered the Chicken bowl it was really good. My daughter had the el pastor chicken, she didn't get as much chicken as I did and thought it was too spicy. (Menu does say it's spicy) .

The worst chipotle service ever, this review is specifically one lady named Gonzales, she was so rude and unprofessional , didn’t know anything about service. They didn’t have plates for kids meal and we ordered kids tacos and quesadillas, requested her to put side in small cup so all things doesn’t get mixed in each other in paper.. she kept saying that they wll charge us extra just for putting things in separate cups !!! We didn’t request anything extra for side , every small request she kept saying will charge extra .. we Dnt recommend coming to this place .. simply spoiled our mood for lunch .. Chipotle please hire people who knows how to serve the costumers and have some courtesy when you Dnt have things to serve food properly..
Absolutely filthy women's bathroom, food scraps/smears/ spilled drinks ALL over every available place to sit while the staff stood behind the counter just talking and laughing. We were the only 2 people inside a customers still the kitchen area and prep station looked as if it hadn't been wiped for hours - this was all at 4pm so well after a lunch rush or before dinner.

This the second time we have come in here and there has been no black beans and white rice. Not because they didn’t have it but because it has not been cooked yet. And did not look like no one was cooking it anytime soon. Need more help it seems likes. There was 4 employees at the time we were there. And not a long line at all.

This restaurant is supposed to open at 10:45 and it’s 11am and we’re standing outside and the workers “need a couple more minutes” to do god knows what. Honestly this is why Qudoba reigns supreme. And also, why is this place so freaking expensive, I mean you can’t even get in the door when it opens. And the workers are very rude. I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible, DONT STOP HERE.

On this most recent visit, on vacation, we live and die on chipolte, we can on Sunday night for dinner. The place was jamming. We give a fair review. The food tasted great, service was awesome, the negatives were they were running low on most proteins and supplies, so steak, no fajita, no togo lids, no chips. The good side to that is we tried other foods we never get like the chicken quesidilla and carnitas bowl. The last thing was the place was dirty, trash cans no empty, floor in kitchen was a mess. The line was beyond acceptable. When I see those things I pray I don't get food poisoning. Not sure were the manager was though they were slacking today and letting there whole team down. Overall we love this place and look forward to our next visit!
